I just stopped into Meat & Fire 20 mins before close. I felt sooo bad that it was so close to closing time for them but it was one of the only places on the way that wasn’t fast food. This was my first time stopping in after passing it a zillion times. The girls inside were SO sweet and gave great recommendations when I asked what is good and wouldn’t require them to pull anything back out. My wife and I had a great experience! Both of us became BBQ snobs after visiting Austin Texas a few years back. Florida BBQ is just not typically up to par so we tend to judge a bit harshly. I'm so happy to report that Meat n Fire really delivered!

Brisket is where everyone tends to fall short. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you that it was Texas quality, but it truly was fantastic by Florida standards! I got a nice end piece which was nice and toasty....

Loved this place Such a great experience. Great food and service. Kind people. Just discovered this place and have been there twice already. Fair price, great portions, and delicious food.
