This ice cream is terrible. It tastes bad and seems spoiled. I tried to tell the person who works here, but they didn't seem to care. Customer service at this place is awful; the ice cream tastes old and bitter. I don't understand how anyone can expect to eat this. It deserves 0 stars.

Good spot. Always clean. However, the last 4 times I’ve been there The “OPEN” sign has been turned off and the staff was in the back not visible. I’m sure you’re losing business due to this. Had I not stopped by to check to see if the door was locked I would have just kept driving thinking it was closed.

Menchie's Ice Cream is a personal favorite of mine. Their self-serve concept allows customers to create their own unique ice cream creations, while the quality of their ice cream is exceptional. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere make Menchie's a must-visit for ice cream lovers. Give it a try – you won't be disappointed!
Tried them for the first time today for a walk in to go order. They had about a dozen base frozen yogurt flavors with a number of toppings ranging from chopped or crushed cookie and candy bits, to fresh fruit, Brownies, cakes and the like. Also a few sauce toppings as well.Service was ok but not overly helpful. I found from my visit the way it works is you choose a cup size, a yogurt flavor, choose your toppings, and then pay by weight.I found them to be tasty and reasonably priced with a generous amount of customization options to give pretty much everyone a choice of something they would enjoy.Note: also vegan options, including a couple sorbet flavors and a rocky road made with almond milk, which is not my favorite alternative milk choice, but made for a good option for my girlfriend to be able to have something as well.

Always fun, always delicious! My kids love coming up with unique ice concoctions. I appreciate the vegan options as well. We always end the visit with some Connect Four on their outdoor patio.
