Menchie's Ice Cream is a personal favorite of mine. Their self-serve concept allows customers to create their own unique ice cream creations, while the quality of their ice cream is exceptional. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere make Menchie's a must-visit for ice cream lovers. Give it a try – you won't be disappointed!

Tried them for the first time today for a walk in to go order. They had about a dozen base frozen yogurt flavors with a number of toppings ranging from chopped or crushed cookie and candy bits, to fresh fruit, Brownies, cakes and the like. Also a few sauce toppings as well.Service was ok but not overly helpful. I found from my visit the way it works is you choose a cup size, a yogurt flavor, choose your toppings, and then pay by weight.I found them to be tasty and reasonably priced with a generous amount of customization options to give pretty much everyone a choice of something they would enjoy.Note: also vegan options, including a couple sorbet flavors and a rocky road made with almond milk, which is not my favorite alternative milk choice, but made for a good option for my girlfriend to be able to have something as well.

Always fun, always delicious! My kids love coming up with unique ice concoctions. I appreciate the vegan options as well. We always end the visit with some Connect Four on their outdoor patio.

We love Menchie’s but this location (St. cloud) disappointed us. Tables are dirty, fruit looks old. It needs attention.
The establishment is commendable; however, the lack of proactive response from the employees when an accident occurs is disappointing. While it is expected for customers to exercise caution, accidents can happen unexpectedly. Unfortunately, when my daughter accidentally spilled her ice cream, the employees showed no initiative to promptly address the situation or provide cleaning supplies. Consequently, I took it upon myself to clean the spill to the best of my abilities. Despite my efforts, the floor remained sticky, leaving room for improvement in their cleanliness standards.To compound matters, as I approached the payment counter, one of the employees had the audacity to ask for a tip. Given the circumstances, it is beyond comprehension how one could even consider expecting gratuity.

Why doesn’t this location ever have the vegan Oatly flavors? Or any other vegan flavor that’s NOT A SORBET?? It’s 2023, this store is beyond archaic and disappointing!

Owner does not seem to care about the location. He is never there any time I ask to speak with him. Staff seems like they know the store better then he does. Staff is alway wonderful and polite. I just wash a buissness was ran by a more professionally
