Ordered two steak and lobsters dinners. Both lobsters were raw, and steaks were burnt and were raw. Lobsters were of poor quality. Sent back both orders. Manager did have them made again. Didn’t come over and say anything. One question how does poor quality food and raw food make it out of the kitchen. Lobsters were separated and green shells were on the side. Hubby & I had a bad experience about 6 months ago but decided to give them another try last night. So glad we did!!!! Food & service were amazing. Thank you Ethan you were a great server!
Waited an hour and 15 min for food to come out and when it did it was so gross I ordered a prime rib sandwich the bread was so hard you could use it to hammer a nail and the prime rib was so dry. Never again. This is the second time I had bad service here thought I’d try again and nope it’s always the same.
