We had a very good server, the food was excellent but when we went to sit down the table top benches in our booth we're all in need of cleaning

Ordered two steak and lobsters dinners. Both lobsters were raw, and steaks were burnt and were raw. Lobsters were of poor quality. Sent back both orders. Manager did have them made again. Didn’t come over and say anything. One question how does poor quality food and raw food make it out of the kitchen. Lobsters were separated and green shells were on the side. No presentation.of food or plates . Steaks were burnt should have not left the kitchen. This restaurant do not appreciate there customers and do not expect return customer

Had long day on 3/17/25 and decided to order some take out. Left right away to pick the order up.Only live ten minutes from your restaurant. But wanted it still warm.Got there and my surprise it was ready. Got home have never seen or tasted anything has disgusting at what I got.I was to tired to get back in the car and take it back.Plus,the meal came to 60.00 and change. This use to be a nice restaurant. But, I will never go back again. I was surprised anyone would have the nerve to call that food.

The salad that I wanted to eat for dinner wasn't the shredded salad with blue cheese crumbles, bacon. I wouldn't go back to this Outback.

Came in on Sunday, it was very busy but our server Rueben took great care of us despite how busy he was. Food took a while which is expected when the restaurant is full, despite that everything was good

We ordered one of the lunch steak specials and the food was TERRIBLE!! Steak tasted like it had about 20 layers of pepper and the sweet potato tasted bad. I told the waiter to he book needed to be fired! I scraped off lots of pepper from my steak and had to put A1 steak sauce on it to try to be able to eat it!!! Salad only thing good!!!! Will not be returning to Outback!!!!! Should of talked to the manager there!!! What awaste of my money!!! I was in the restaurant...no take out!?!

Me and my mom came here after school and it was a very good experience! We come here occasionally and most times it is very good. The servers are always nice too, especially one named Cuddy! :

Easy pickup service! Ordered the fried chicken wi the rice and mashed potato. Comes with bread and butter for takeaway as well. Missed this

Worst part was the food was absolutely delicious. However, I don’t like when they charge me and don’t show me the bill at the end. I upgraded my filet mignon by 2 ounces and it cost me an additional $17 then we couldn’t even see the bill till we actually paid ended up with $150 bill for two people one drink one appetizer two meals absolutely ridiculous. We complain and the server was so quick to give us a $10 gift card. I almost think like they’re doing this on purpose. Shame on you.

And ty for the reply but someone at corporate knew this would happen and chose profit over customers , our server was awesome but got put in a bad spot js

Server Michelle was awesome but prices were too pricey and to top it off they won’t tell you how much you’re paying until you tap a credit card and pay and there goes all the add on prices and all the extra charges.. Surprise !!

We paid $150 for 2 people ridiculous …..

Cuddy provided great service during our outback experience. The food was delightful. Thank you for your wonderful service.
