I ordered to-go and they wanted between 18%-30% tip on my order when they put it in a styrofoam container that leaked and didn’t give any utensils. If asking pick up orders to tip that much, please make it a leak proof container and give me something to eat it with. It’s really the basics of pick-up orders. The food was ok. Rice was soggy and sauce was watered down just a tad bit, but they don’t skimp on protein and veggies.

Service in this place is going fast down the drain. Severely understaffed no matter the time of day, and they cannot stay afloat with business (dining in, walk-ins for to go and calls for delivery).We had already had bad experiences but we kept on coming because the food is tasty.Unfortunately, we walked in today for dinner before heading to the airport and we had time to spare, but were deliberately ignored and people kept walking through the door for pick up orders and the ONE server just kept on taking the new people lining up rather than coming to take our order even though we had told her we were ready to order.My father had to get up to tell her we needed to head to the airport and she asked for another minute... 20min later we just walked out and probably will never come back unless management does something to improve the service.

Good parking, bright establishment. Nice AC temperature, clean washrooms. Genuine Friendliness in the servers.Ordered pork & shrimp fresh rolls $6.95 and Beef PHO $15.95Fresh rolls were average construction ad featured only iceberg lettuce which was slightly wilted and is the lowest quality lettuce in my opinion. Could use more color in them as well... sliced carrots or something. Peanut sauce was generic. A miss for my standards 3/5 at best.Pho... not a fan of meat balls I was hoping their beef was just the traditional Pho Tai but not holding that against them. Noodles were on the mushy side however which is a big mistake fir me, so they need to cook them slightly less. Meat was good and tender though. Broth was just ok I might suggest a touch of cinnamon as the sweet saviory nature of good pho was missing here. Seemee a bit clear to me as well would like to see a bit more fat and bits in it. Portion size for $15.95 was not adequate in my opinion.Overall they can correct these things i hope they consider tightening up a bit and nail down fresh rolls and Pho... otherwise as it stands the establishment and staff are better than average so that's a plus. 10% discount for cash is exceptional.

My wife and I come here often and the atmosphere, service, and food is always top notch. I get the chicken eggroll vermicelli bowl and hot tea, the tea I feel is slept on here, I highly suggest it! Maybe has rose in it?! Love this place!

I doordash from here at least once a week! It is SO delicious.The broth used in their soup is just superior and so flavorful. Their spicy soup is top tier as well that the chicken fried rice! Absolutely phenomenal!

I had the best experience at Papasan's. I called to ask if a dish was on the menu. The lady who answered the phone took her time to check and see. It was not on the menu. The owner said they would make it. I ordered one. When I arrived, it looked wonderful. I ordered a second one. The taste was the best. I will be back in before I leave
