Had a terrible experience at the Vine St. Kissimmee location the other night, so I called in a pick up order at this location instead. Alina answered with a very cheerful and upbeat attitude, she took my order, was very friendly and polite and definitely made a customer out of me now. A total difference than the Kissimmee location, food was great and I will only be using this location moving forward.

Older manger lady with the visor hat should be fired. Came in for a pickup order, approached the older manager lady and gave her the name and she said it would be done in just a few mins. So I stepped back and waited. As I see more and more people come in and leave with their pizza, the same lady comes to the counter so I ask nicely how much more time until my order is ready, the mins had gone by at this time and she completely ignored me and walked off. No biggie so I wait longer and see more people get there order as I am confused as to what is taking mine so long. At this point I see thr manger come back out and bend down at the safe that is right under the front counter. So I try to get her attention again and Sht completely ignores me and grabs the money and walks off. So now a younger girl is clocking I and I’m still looking at the older lady in the distance who isn’t acknowledging me at all. So the younger lady serves two people their order and then I ask excuse me can you tell me how much longer for my order. She replies oh that order is right here. I said are you serious I’ve been waiting 20 mins and have time stamps and messages to prove it, she said I’m sorry I just got here and finally gave me my order over 20 mins after the pickup time. I am a kitchen manager and the way that manager ignored me and showed no respect for customer service made me feel like she was a bit racist and definitely should not be running any kind of hospitality establishment. We eat pizza several times a week and we will no longer give this establishment any of our money and will make sure none of our neighbors or friends do either.

Unless you like veggie pizzas dont do the lunch buffet only put out 2 pizzas with meat in the hour i was there
Just lost a regular customer. I ordered a takeout like I normally do, the young girl who answered the phone answered as if she was home. I placed my order, her attitude made me feel as if I was bothering her. she asked my name and hung up the phone. She DID NOT repeat my order back to me. I saw her when I went in to pick up the order however, she was not the server. She’s slender, dirty blonde hair. The only other female that was there was an older lady. When I got home and opened the box I had only 2 toppings on a large pizza and only 1 of the topping was correct. As a customer I expect to get what I paid for, regardless of her bad attitude the pizza isn’t free!

I ordered online we pulled up and a guy walked out looked at the pizza and walked back inside I followed and sure enough it was my Pizza she took it from him sat it on the counter didn't even check to see if he had eaten it or anything then handed it to me didn't even ask my name.. It barely had any topping on it and was over cooked :(. We will drive the 15min. To go to the other Pizza Hut or Do Domino's where it's always sealed and they wouldn't give you Pizza someone else took out of the store and brought back...
