The service is terrible! You see the employees pacing back and forth, they tell you your order will be ready in 5 minutes, and then it takes 20 minutes or more. Sometimes it's ready and they don't even notice, and you're still waiting! They really need to fix this now; the customer is paying for the service and their time.

Pizza was overcooked and almost half of it was inedible. Staff was unprofessional and didn’t even apologize. I asked if it was their policy to at least apologize to a customer, the unprofessional staff person said “no it is not our policy to apologize”. How rude. I got a refund and am now heading over to Papa John’s where they never burn their pizza.

Delivery service has greatly diminished. Orders are no longer on time. Not sure if this is an issue across Pizza Hut. Or just this one location. But it’s happened multiple times. Really like the pizza. But it’s not reliable service anymore.
Edit: This sounds like, this is more of a Door Dash issue since they recently switched to them for deliveries, instead of the employee drivers they used to have. We won't be using Pizza Hut until they can figure something out with the unnacceptable service being provided.

They managed to mess up my order twice back to back. Really aggravating mutual tomorrow morning. I wish I could ask for my money back at this point and give them all the pizza. I’d rather eat sleep cause that’s some BS

Called over the phone for order pick up, once I got to the store they didn’t have my order at all! Told me it would be ready in 10, and it was but it definitely tasted rushed. Not good.
It’s always a problem with this restaurant. All the time I order something happens this lays time they charge me through the app and when I call them they don’t have any order from me. It’s so frustrating ‼️

This place needs help it’s more like dirty dinning.counter where they make this pizza was so dirty staff use bare hands to make pizza and touching other stuff.i walked out and went to the other one down the street.hopefully the day time crew is better I didn’t even get greeted so after 10 mins we walked out.

I wish these guys could put enough sauce on the pizza that you could taste it. Barbecue chicken pizza tonight, hardly any sauce. Other pizzas not enough marinara. Boneless wings barely covered. I don’t know why you have to be so stingy with the sauce. Hardly want any more of this pizza.

They use doordash to deliver. Normally no big deal. But no warming box and the drivers wait for multiple orders. Pizza Hut does nothing to control this. Therefore most pizzas are delivered cold.
