Good afternoon! Today I went to have a drink, like I do twice a week. I work at the Kissimmee Police Department, but we’ve had an issue with an employee named Amanda. She’s very rude and began making offensive comments about me, even though we have two other employees, Mariana and Allison, who are excellent workers. Amanda, however, needs to work on her customer service skills, because if she doesn’t, we might lose business.

Unfortunately it’s always busy. Order ahead, The inside seating area is super small, and the layout to order and pick up is a-bit confusing due to its size.
I was waiting to order when multiple ppl came in, and the staff member took their order before asking for mine.

The owner is a very rude lady. I came several times to buy a smoothie after the gym, she sat back there on her phone and came to me whenever it pleased her with no apologies. Lastly, the smoothies mostly taste trash. The owner needs more customer skills and stop showing herself as arrogant.

They’re supposed to be open today on a Saturday and I got here at 10 AM and they’re not even open at all no sign no nothing. Last time I came here the smoothie was super water down too. whoever this franchise owner is seriously needs to get it together or honestly just don’t even have this business if you’re not not she’s gonna fully commit to it. Big disappointment.

Customer service is great, and the location is clean. The only reason I give it a 3 star is because for the 2nd time in a row, my smoothie was so horrible that I couldn't even finish it. I will use one more time to use my rewards, and that's it. I'd rather buy a protein shake from GNC or Vitamin Shop.

I've always loved planet smoothie. However, yesterday I spent way to much on smoothies that I didn't taste until I drove off were disgusting. They were watery, flavorless, and had ice chunks in them. I didn't have time to go back. I wasted my money and it was super disappointed and shouldn't happen at a week known smoothie place like Planet Smoothie.

I got there and ordered an acai bowl, and the workers proceeded to work on everyone else's order besides mine. I stood there waiting over half an hour for just one bowl when I should've gotten it within a few minutes. That is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant to make me wait nearly half an hour when the employees were just talking and doing nothing. It's not that hard to just throw the stuff and the blender and serve it up. I wish I could give 0 stars. Never going back there.
