They’re supposed to be open today on a Saturday and I got here at 10 AM and they’re not even open at all no sign no nothing. Last time I came here the smoothie was super water down too. whoever this franchise owner is seriously needs to get it together or honestly just don’t even have this business if you’re not not she’s gonna fully commit to it. Big disappointment.

I've always loved planet smoothie. However, yesterday I spent way to much on smoothies that I didn't taste until I drove off were disgusting. They were watery, flavorless, and had ice chunks in them. I didn't have time to go back. I wasted my money and it was super disappointed and shouldn't happen at a week known smoothie place like Planet Smoothie.

I got there and ordered an acai bowl, and the workers proceeded to work on everyone else's order besides mine. I stood there waiting over half an hour for just one bowl when I should've gotten it within a few minutes. That is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant to make me wait nearly half an hour when the employees were just talking and doing nothing. It's not that hard to just throw the stuff and the blender and serve it up. I wish I could give 0 stars. Never going back there.

Stopped in this afternoon to get a smoothie and there was probably 5 people ahead of me and only one young lady working. I was thinking about turning around and leaving but to my surprise, she handled each and every customer with perfection and the line moved quickly. I asked her her name and she said it was Kymora (spelling) . I thought by the way she handled herself and customers she was the manager but she said she had only been working there like 6 weeks. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised at her work ethic. Please recognize this young lady for her hard work.

Ordered a Peanut Butter Power Up and it tastes like straight up water down ice. If you’re gonna cut back on products don’t do it so that it no longer taste like the smoothie you ordered, especially at $14 a drink. Won’t come back here again.
