I’m we go or order from this place very often and always been a good place the food is almost the same all the time the lady that takes the older in front always is nice an very respectful even when she’s overwhelmed with orders on the phone or people in line waiting to order I have no complaints from this place other than few week ago I was on line waiting to order and there was a couple lady’s ordering and seen like it was there first time and there was giving hard time to the lady taking the order and they where talking in Spanish when the lady ordering was asking for the time of the order and the lady taking the order tell her señora it will take about 30 minutes for the chicken to be ready and the lady ordering response was señorita please and why I have to wait so long for the order? And the response was is because the chicken need to be ready before is serving that’s why is a bit of wait. The lady ordering when off to her like a “ Karen” telling her you need to call me señorita no señora and on top of that I have to wait. This is the people that make bad reviews on small business that drive employment add to the city brand stores that are doing the best to serve people on their own town like many other businesses in this town and they want stuff there way I recommend this lady’s if they want stuff there way go do it your serf every place you go to get serve they have to Waranty you will be served at there best not at your convenience and if you pass by a place that always have people consuming is because is good not because they serve people at there timing needs. Specially when they serving food.

Crazy slow forgot my pulpo and I was first before 6 other orders some may have been called in previous, order taker didn't catch what else I wanted at least got something yes I would come back is good food. I'm going to repeat my order after I pay double check all good.
I came here Saturday and this the worst place to eat the chicken was old didn’t look like it was roasted that day the rice with gandules was orange a lot of sazón with color the French fries were soggy and full of grease the fried sweet potatoes were burn with never come here again we end up sick to our stomach the tables outside were super dirty so no sitting out to eat never again….
I love Pollo to Go. I have going there for years. Never had an issue. Atmosphere is not applicable because this is mostly take out.

First time trying and for now not recommended. Rice was good, however tastes too much olives with lots of pork fat. Chicken was burned and stale, plantain and fried sweet potatoes were fried on an old oil. Too expensive for the quality of food. Hope they improve.

For a quick bite with good food. Pollo to go in Saint Cloud, FL Fairly priced. We had a large yellow rice with pigeon peas (arroz con guandules), very tasty, alcapurrias regular and yuca (beef and chicken), kids had the pizza empanadas. No waiter, service ok, order at the window and go. Two people manned the location. Almeris the cook, and Maria the person at the register.. I hope I got the names correct. Very nice individuals. 3 out 5... Don't expect music, a play area for kids. Too hot to sit out and eat. Grab and go. Will return for other items on the menu. Enjoy!

***Warning*** Mother ended up getting sick to her stomach for 2 days. This passed weekend on Saturday my mother and I decided to stop by this small little cafeteria called Pollo to Go. As I ordered my mothers food, I asked the young lady if they could please cook the pork chops to tender because my mother is a senior and has a hard time chewing tough meat. After waiting in the car I stepped out to collect our food and we went home. My poor mom was so hungry that she began to eat as we drove away. I could hear the crunching and spreading of dried out meat. I could not believe how the chops looked so old and crisp like they had been sitting under a heat lamp since 6 am. Then when I got home and looked at my chicken thinking it should be different. Nope dry and extremely salty on the outside and no taste in the meat. We both have had stomach pains and issues ever since. I called my mom today to check on her and she said she had been sick to her stomach all morning.
