Never went there, I like DD
I drove about 30 mins to this location and they said they were out of a drink. Manager told me to call before coming to the store to save gas. Maybe have the item on hand would be great. I don’t recommend this location at all

Came through for hot chocolates, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at starbucks. The baristas were very friendly and were giving me recommendations for next time! I believe their names were Purcel and Aiden, they made my visit so much better. Definitely recommend this location!

@Purcell the wprost customer service ever. Had to wait until he was done talking to friends oh wait no I Had to Ask another employee to give my my coffee. And my name on the cup instead od Andy he put Envy cause I did not tip him ot whatever. Feel do ofended.

Popped in with the family this afternoon for mochas and a cake pop. Didn't catch his name, but the manager on duty who took care of us was awesome. Fast, friendly, made my daughter's special request with no hesitation. Even gave us table-side service. Way to go above and beyond!

It’s a Starbucks, so it’s not going to be wildly different from anywhere else. But, I came on a Saturday night, and I was the only one in the place other than the baristas. They do a brisk drive-through trade at this time of night, but I haven’t seen any foot traffic in the last 45 minutes. I actually kind of like that.

On June 25, 2025 at approximately 10:30am I walked inside to use the wi-fi for my laptop because I had to look for jobs online and do some other things, and I was approached by a young gentlemen telling me I had to leave because I wasn’t ordering anything and he said that his boss told him to tell him that I had to leave or order something. I thought this was extremely rude and disrespectful. I didn’t have any money because my bank account was overdrawn but I just wanted to use the internet. My son was in daycare and I was trying to look for jobs till it was time to pick him up. I had just lost my job and I’m trying to find work again so we don’t get evicted. The young gentlemen didn’t give me time to explain or anything. He just walked away from me before I could explain. I was completely embarrassed and mortified. If this is how Starbucks treats customers then I am telling everybody I know never to order from y’all ever again! So rude!!!! I can’t believe you would allow your employers to treat somebody like this! Extremely unprofessional.

I rarely complete reviews for drive-thru orders, but I recently had a great experience at this Starbucks location. Thank you to Elvis for your excellent customer service and overall kindness, it really was a great start to my day.
