It was my birthday(10/17/25) and I came to get my free coffee , the lady in the DT made my day when she told me I looked so good for my age ( younger) and her smile was so sweet. Thank you for having a good and positive energy !!!

Just depends on the crew thats on shift that day, some are supernice others make you feel like, what are you doing here?.Get out. The females are prima donas.

I've been coming to this location for about a year since moving to St. Cloud. It's one of the best Starbuck's that I've found in the Orlando area. The staff is always great and customer centered. I love to drink my coffee in the mugs they offer for those staying in the dining area and work on writing projects for a hour or two.

I order a venti brown sugar shaking espresso. Asked to add caramel drizzle and caramel crunch topping. When I came to the window they gave me a grande size drink and I told her that I order a venti. The girl on the windows at sorry let's remake that for you and when I got it back. It looked like they had poured a whole bottle of caramel on the bottom with a whole bottle of caramel crunch topping and then poured the drink they had already made on the new venti cup. I got upset and I went inside. When I went inside the manager said what was wrong the second time with the drink. I told him I was drinking pure caramel with crunch toppings. He said let me remake that for you and apparently gave me a 2 cards of $4 for the inconvenience. Now I went to another starbucks to get a drink went to pay with them and they told me there was nothing in does card 😤😤😤
