SHOUT OUT TO JACOB!!! Whhhhooooo is awesome, kind and so generous. He really made mine and my husband’s ending to our hectic and stressful day beautiful. I swear this amazing person is always happy and such a people person when we see him!!! Never off beat for one second. Anyways, Jacob, thank you for being so kind and such an upbeat person, it is people like you that make a real difference in peoples lives! Keep being you and we will see you again soon!!!!

Was treated super poorly at this location. Stood in line waiting at the counter to be helped for over several minutes. There were three employees, one of them, tending to the drive-thru. Other two literally ignored. No one ever greeted me or even acknowledged me. Ended up leaving. If they were working, I could totally understand or even just acknowledge he will be with you in just a minute, but literally looked at me and said nothing. Let me stand there for several minutes and I just walked out. I don’t need to do business there.

Fast and efficient service

Place is beautiful but wouldn’t want to be in there . They blast the music to loud . I asked them to turn it down and they said they couldn’t . Place deff needs new management.They also don’t make there drinks right

I gave them four stars because I asked for a Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with extra Caramel. They only gave me a drizzle.
This was my first time buying a Frappuccino at this location.

Always come here and my food is no ready at the hours say in the app.
The service is very slow and the employees no listen the orders

My favorite part of Starbucks is that no matter where you go, the drinks are consistently good!! I
travel a lot, and no matter what country I'm in, I know for sure that the taste and flavor of whatever drinks I order will be consistent with what i'm used to. Love that!!

Parking: At different points in the day, the parking lot can be a nightmare. When that happens, you are forced to park your car at Aldi's grocery store. That's kind of ridiculous! I most always use the drive-through, but when it's too long and looks too dangerous for me to attempt due to the lack of people's ability to drive. I just leave!! I've tried going inside, but it seems that they concentrate on the drive-through only and make you wait 2 to 3 times longer by coming in and ordering your drink. It's just ridiculous.
The customers inside are just as important as the customers in the drive-through, It makes you feel so under appreciated.Everyone inside is just standing around waiting and waiting and the cars that were in the very back of the line now have already gone through and a whole new set of people are in the drive-through. It really makes you mad. But I do love Starbucks ❤️ ?
They just have some issues that they need to work out at different locations. Managers need to start doing their jobs!!

The coffee here at this location, 9times out of 10 tastes like trash. Burt or they’re just not cleaning out their coffee right. Worst ever tasting from other Starbucks.
