This is what the Starbucks experience should be like.

Staff is absolutely horrible. Starbucks is usually a nice friendly place and these employees are far from it. They don’t even welcome you or ask what would you like to order. Please change this whole rude staff.

I don't like making negative reviews, but beware of this location. My drink has been incorrect every time I've ordered. (Specifically the wrong milk. Every. Time). The staff is usually polite and apologetic and has remade it, but today they handed me back the original incorrect one and claimed it was new and remade. This is a bummer because the location is brilliant. I probably won't be back again.

Beautiful new store in the “Manor “ in StCloud, Fl.
The staff is well trained & so VERY FRIENDLY & accommodating! The barista made my drink perfectly & since I was the only customer in the store at that time, she brought my order directly to my table. Will probably make this my Favorite Starbucks location in St.Cloud, Fl.. we currently have 3 .. one at the west end, one at the east end & now one in the “Manor” location

I was sooo excited to finally have a starbucks soo close but with this starbucks its almost better if it wasnt there at all. Everything you ask for seems to have the same answer "we're all out" at all different times of the day its ridiculous they never have anything available. What was the point of opening this place then?
