Very skimpy sandwich and stale old bread , do not recommend at all

No customer service at all, it was like they didn’t want us to be there. They didn’t have nothing available, we had to order from what they have available. As much as I try to be nice, tip them and be nice, nothing change , even my kids told me how surprised it was having that service on a Subway. You need to work on the service or re train the crew, sorry but I have to be honest, if you are going to do something do it with excellence ?

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. The person that served us was really rude.The bathroom was just the most disgusting thing I have ever seen .The drinking fountain looked like it has never been wiped down ever!The health department needs to come do an inspection yesterday.! ! Never ever looking this way again.

Says 24 hours and won’t even let me place a pick up order. Really is a shame since almost nothing in St. Cloud stays open late , you would think you could count on at least one place that SAYS it’s 24 hours to be open

This Subway it’s the perfect example of corporate greed and abuse of employees.
Just one person handling everything—from taking orders to making sandwiches and ringing up customers? It’s a total disaster.
Every order since I walked in was behind on time, restaurant was not clean, and the quality of the sandwiches it’s just bad, and it’s not that the employee was not trying.
Do yourself a favor and don’t support this kind of business and go to another subway that is properly taken care off.

Don’t bother with this location. The management here needs to be replaced immediately!!! Slow service, only one person on staff, online orders aren’t getting fulfilled within the same hour of order. Employees are unprofessional and just don’t care. Cleanliness is an issue. Management doesn’t care to rectify any mistakes. It’s very clear the condition of this store and its employees lack of care or concern start at the highest level and that is with the leadership. If the leadership isn’t very good, then the rank and file won’t be good either, and it shows at this location. The ownership needs to take back control and fix the problems starting at the top.

Never even order my food . Walked in patiently waited . I wasn’t even acknowledged while I waited . After he finished his conversation with a customer , he went into the back office . I went to the register side and called out excuse me . I had to say it twice . He then motioned with gloves in his hand and what appeared to be a soda in his hand .
My instincts kicked in and I quickly left.
August 11 at 1:15. I won’t come back to this location subway nor will my family members .

No wonder why this place have only one star today I came with my son,The lady never acknowledged us or greet us in which is fine with me and as new orders Keep coming in She didn’t even say I’ll be right with you or give me a minute instead her customer service kept getting worse as we walk out the door. She kept acting like no one was there, this is customer service 101. Headphones on add more to it . They can have the worst food in the world, but if their customer service and their employees are excellent the business will be successful maybe management need to reevaluate or retrain some of their employees at least the one today.
