I have ordered on the mobile app consistently for a few months, as I am currently pregnant and this has been one of my cravings. I have had consistent issues with missing items and always leave my home to pick the missing items up. I understand that working in the food industry isn’t always easy, so I am very kind to the workers there when I go and I always suggest that they double check orders because it is extremely inconvenient for the clients. Each time, I normally receive an apologetic crew member and they seem to take what I say into account. Today, I went in for this same reason, a missing item in my delivery, and the crew member that I spoke to was very rude, cut me off when I was speaking and made me feel very unwelcome by her demeanor and response. I didn’t catch her name and I don’t want anyone fired, but please teach your team that customer service is top priority ESPECIALLY if they are kindly expressing a concern. Though I have had missing items multiple times in the past, today was the first time I received this treatment in store. I did not deserve how I was treated today and this experience has me very turned off by the idea of returning to this location. I apologize for my long post, but this experience was very disappointing.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Marilin at Subway. She’s always friendly, fast, and professional. She pays attention to the little details and makes the food exactly how you want it. Her customer service is top-tier, and she makes the whole visit feel welcoming. Employees like her make a real difference.

I was in the location and was informed I would be charged extra to add tomatoes to a tuna sandwich staff was upset from the moment I walked in that she had to stand up I even witnessed the same staff member berate other customers prior and she fought her spouse in the parking lot physically would not provide manager phone number and threatened my safety while at the location I would stay away this is the worst subway in America staff did not wash hands went from picking nose sitting in the back to directly making sandwiches with bare hands I felt disgusted being in this location

The lady taking care of me with blue contact lenses is so rude plus look like she is possessed with those blue contact lenses. I let her know they are out of pepsi and she don’t even moved from the chair didn’t ask if I want pepsi or that she is going to put a sign out of order she just went like didn’t care and touched the register and everything with the same gloves.

Out of all the Subways ive been to and ive been to alot This is the best Subways. All the ingredients are fresh. And the customer service is top notch. The girls are so pleasant and professional. True experts at their craft Shout out to Melissa. The MVP sandwich artist. GOD BLESS YOU.

Our experience tonight was the worst. The girl working had absolutely zero customer service. I work in customer service and she had none. Took her several minutes to even acknowledge us and then at check out she was snappy with my husband. She had absolutely zero reason to be rude. She walked around like she just hated being there. If I ever go back and see her working I will turn around and walk right back out.

This subway, the server doesn't change their gloves. My son has pork allergies, and she handled ham and then didn't change her gloves and made my sandwiches. Even though I asked her, she didn't do it.
