I haven't been here in years and happened to be in the plaza so I gave it a go. Major skimping on the meat, if you're paying $12 for a sub you'd expect something worth the price but this place has gone downhill. The cost for what you're getting is insane, save your money and go to Publix or spend a little more and go to Jersey Mike's. $12 for a footling sub with the amount of meat you'd get off a drum HARD PASS

After the pandemic, Subway have changed.Flavor is still "Subway" but it's not inviting anymore. I'd say it's best if you order online and just pick up and leave.Everytime I visit it's a 10 min wait (even when it's empty) cause of the online orders, and thats ok, it's just changed.Service was ok.

They were out of a lot of items! Publix is right next door, time to go shopping!!!!
This place is alful and so is the home office to call I ordered 2 subs online had a pick up time of 5pm order was complete at 526 pm totally ridiculous place was dirty I called the manager neisha left my number and left a brief message about what happened but she didn't have enough respect to call me back so I called the home office and the only way to file a complaint is by there website totally ridiculous as well I will not be going back there people look at the bottom of your receipt it says IF ITS NOT RIGHT I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT IS NOT TRUE I still have not got a call back

So normally order online but had to go in this time. So disappointing the customer service was awful. I'd rate it 1 star but I've always had an easy time ordering online. Don't recommend going here if your not ordering online ahead of time.

12/12/21-11:30am Best subway I have had the pleasure of visiting. Got three sandwiches to go and was fresh fast and delicious. Employee was fast and pleasant. Fresh bread and cookies were baked perfect.
