I ordered through DoorDash and I got trash food. It all came squished, wrong ingredients, poor quality and just overall mess. If yall don’t wanna work then just quit instead of working at a fast food restaurant. Horrible service.

Order through DoorDash and got a completely different Burrito than what I had customize and added into it. I got a beef burrito instead of steak. I added guacamole it got no guacamole. I took certain things out, which are not hard to take out. And I had to pay extra for the add-ins this is honestly so disappointing and a waste of money!

Went into Taco Bell to pick up online order, only to watch an Hispanic kid run in and pick up order and run out. Employees remade order and got it all wrong. Taco shells were stale.

These people don’t do anything but play around at this establishment! The first time I went, they didn’t add my cinnamon twists, and they gave us hard chalupas! Went back to get fresh chalupas and my missing twists. Got home and they didn’t even put my twists in the bag! At this point, I’m reaching out to corporate!! This isn’t the first time we’ve had the problem with the chalupas. They will not answer the phones! I’m tired of wasting my gas trying to get the food I paid for right!

Terrible experience. I’ve been a regular customer for years, but today was really disappointing. I placed a $32 order and only got a drink. When I told the cashier (Jeishla H.) and asked if I could just pay for the drink, she said it was too late and told me to go back around. On top of that, she didn’t give me a spoon for my Chicken Cantina Bowl or any napkins. That’s unacceptable. Bad service, rude attitude, and zero attention to basic customer needs. Very disappointed.
James is an excellent employee. Overall everyone is nice in this store, and they keep it clean. One of the best run Taco Bell’s i’ve seen

I just spend near 50$ all the girls had their long hair out me and my daughter, both bit into pieces of food with Hair separately when we were home my kid is 3 she was about to throw up literally not okay I tried to call and the number is not working for the location so yall need to get it together I wouldn’t have even said nothing if my kid didn’t almost choke and puke all her food my hair is died red this is crazy mad teenagers we had no altercations but they must be bored or just not following code tryna look cute in there but it’s ghetto
