I placed an online order on 12/23/25 at 2:30pm EST to be *scheduled* for pick up at 2:45pm. I arrived a few minutes after 2:45 and my order was not in the pickup area. I waited to get someone’s attention and asked about the order and I didn’t receive a clear answer as to where my order was or why it wasn’t ready. I waited there and ended up being handed my order almost 30 MINUTES (26 minutes) after the scheduled pickup time. Totally unacceptable and no apology or recognition from the staff at all. Then I arrived home and the whole order was incorrect. They threw in random burritos, nachos, a crazy mess. Terrible service and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will advise people to avoid this Taco Bell.

Idk who you got working Saturday December 20th 2025 at 10:30 at night. But I just got the best looking food I ever seen from a Taco Bell in my life. All packaged nicely in a cardboard box instead of those cheap brown bags that rip the second you grab it. Y’all I’ve never praised a Taco Bell more in my life than right now. This experience for a fast food chain like them is peak right now. (I swear I’m not drunk or high just never seen a Taco Bell like this one give them employees working tonight a instant raise)

This is THE BEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. Unfortunately I did not get the employees names, I went on a Saturday around 1:00PM. Incredible customer service and the food tasted fresh and perfectly made. Highly recommend this location!

Ordered to go expecting got my food expecting it to be right (my bad for my double checking) well my order was wrong I ordered a cantina bowl light rice, no beans and extra lettuce, end up with a bowl with rice and three little pieces of lettuce (being scarastic)… they forgot to put something else in too… this happens almost every time, now I only go cause my dad wants it. Do better please.

I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing service I received at Taco Bell on September 11th around 9:10 pm. The young woman working the drive thru with very short hair went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. She was incredibly respectful and patient the entire time and treated me with genuine kindness. Even though it was busy she never made me feel rushed and made sure everything with my order was correct. That kind of customer service is rare and it honestly left a lasting impression on me. She turned what could have been just another fast food stop into something memorable. I truly hope her hard work and attitude are recognized because employees like her make all the difference.

My DoorDash driver just went to pick up my order and when he got to the store he asked for the Large BaJa Blast Drink that was on my receipt as well and I was told that someone told him no there was no drink, just the meal which was a BOLD FACE LIE. Make sure you have everything that’s on your receipt because those people in the store will straight up lie to you.
