I come to this Taco Bell quite often in the morning time and sometime at dinner and by Ceara is one of the sweetest employees who have handled my food. I love great customer service and she did everything Great.Your employees can take a page out her book she was amazing and made my morning easy peasy.Thank you so much Ceara ?I also went back on March 29, 2024 at 9:21 AM and I got Ayla and she was also awesome as well. I’m only writing this underneath here because of the fact that it didn’t let me add another review but also wanted to give recognition to people that work in customer Service and she was absolutely amazing as well thank you so much for putting the smile on my face today

Ordered breakfast meals for 5 people. The employee made the entire order missing eggs which is the main component in breakfast burritos. Basically a burrito with just cheese and bacon, crunch wrap with nacho cheese and bacon, quesadilla with just cheese and bacon. I could understand messing up an item in the order but to make the ENTIRE breakfast order missing the main ingredients shows they had purposefully wanted to anger the customer. I found another complaint showing a similar situation. I think they clearly have an employee doing this on purpose and have yet to deal with it.
The food has always been good and the service is always great but there's always something going on over there. The first time was the sprinkler was gushing water so over the place and this last time the roof was leaking so they weren't letting anybody in. They didn't have a sign up on the door to let people know either. At least put a sign on the door asking people to go through the drive thru cuz otherwise how is anybody supposed to know you're still open. I was about to leave until some other customers came out and told us what was going on. The new crispy chicken empanada was pretty good too. I hope they do it with beef.

This taco bell was wonderful! I ordered through the mobile app and when we got there they went through everything on the order to make sure it was correct. The staff especially JB was so friendly and nice!
One of the best taco bells i've ate at in all of Florida. The one on 192 and 535 in kissimmee still is my favorite.

Not sure how breakfast is served until 11:00 however they are continuously out of breakfast by 10:30. I understand the turnover for lunch, but don't advertise 11 if on multiple occasions you're done by 10:30 ?♂️ I've almost always waited 10 to 15 minutes for my food from this location even when I'm the only one in the
