I normally don't have an issue with this Taco bell ,but tonight I do!! My daughter ordered a chicken chlupa and got beef , I ordered a Doritos Taco supreme and there was hardly any sour cream on it . Hardly any sour cream on any thing we ordered.,the cheesy fiesta potatoes looked old .Then the manager was on her phone the whole time and on girl on the make line had her hair down and kept touching her hair and playing on her phone.Since when in Food Service is your hair allowed down even if in braids?

When did you start making your soft tacos to look like burritos? You nearly doubled the price and look. There is so little anything that you had to roll them .

If you are going to tape the box shut, then I'm going to assume the condiments are in side, which it's specifically asked on the mobile "to-go" app. No condiments were inside the box...

Came into the store and immediately am greeted by a customer telling me that not to order because there's no eggs for breakfast and was asking for a refund from the attendant. So, I ordered from the regular menu. Took 10 minutes (fast food) and no one else is in the store. All the while, the employees are complaining about customers out loud.When I went to get my drink there was no ice, so I had one of the attendants get ice for me from the drive thru machine. When I got the cup, I proceeded to get my drink and it came out like a pressure washer. The last attendant forgot to put in the nozzles. When I got down the tables are dirty. The lady behind the counter was kind and nice, but it was like trying to save the Titanic by scooping out water with a kiddie beach bucket.I am on the road a lot, so fast food and I are joined at the hip and this has to be one of the most mismanaged store I've ever been in.

I bought 3 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos and asked for extra avocado sauce and they didn’t put any on it and called and told them about it and they refused to swap my order for something different. I don’t want this no more cause it’s nasty and not what I asked for so there for I never received what I paid

Have gone here a few times and been treated well. I pulled up to drive thru, said hello 3 times for 2 mins, nobody acknowledged me. I just drove straight up to window and the guy , said hello , as if i was bothering him. He gave me the food but didn’t say anything else. I guess thank you or saying something was too much for the person. He definitely shouldn’t be working with customers.* my drink was 80% ice but I didn’t want to be a bother* crunchwrap supreme was burnt but obviously, didn’t find out until I got home.
