Updated online app dosent work at all, you cant place an order whatsoever. Restaurant says they are aware. Chipotle, who happens to be across the street has a working app. People dont want to spend half of their lunch break waiting for food to cook. Do better

The young lady running the register around 4:30pm on august 20 needs some lessons in customer service. When youre charging 15 dollars for miniscule portions the least you can do is smile and say please and thank you. Sitting like a cranky bulldog behind a register attracts no one.

Hate to say it but this place could be a lot better. Loved my hunters creek TJ, this one does not compare in the slightest.
Some sort of problem nearly every time we do takeout, most times it’s little things but it really adds up over the few years we’ve gone to this location since moving.
From hair in food, to missing items, to wrong toppings, to actual quality of food. We’ve brought issues to them with decent resolution, but it’s very frustrating that there are issues at all (again, nearly every time).
This is going to sound petty but i’ve been pushed to my limits today- i always always ask for NO jalapeño, and at least the last 10 times there has been chunks found in my burrito. I can tolerate heat no problem but it’s the jalepeno flavor that absolutely *disgusts* me. Ruins my whole meal. After experiencing this often here, i’m pretty thorough in checking each bite… but this time i managed to get a full bite of one. The straw that breaks this camels back.
They are always always found only at one end, not throughout- it’s almost feels like it’s put there on purpose!
It’s a cool place, and has my favorite smack sweet sauce but I don’t think i’ll be a patron again any time soon. Used to be one of our favorite places we would take people to, but after our guests experiencing issues too, it’s been embarrassing! Disappointed in this location.
TF started to go downhill a few years ago. Then when they headed toward bankruptcy, things hit rock bottom. I was hoping for a comeback, started to go back here and there. St. Cloud location always friendly staff, but dirty, dated and like all locations mediocre food at best. To top it off, I had over 500 points and they did away with the ability to keep them long term and they removed my points. I used to rack up over 1000 points and then use them here and there. TF you can have my points, good luck in BK and hopefully you can get rid of new ownership and make a comeback…doubt it, but I am pulling for you given your original UCF/Orlando ties.
I love the special low prices on certain days of the week! My favorite is Taco Tuesday!

Most of the time i come here for that but the tacos as well are so good and huge . not sure why they took out the chicken wings they were so good but i still give this place 5 stars

Just had the weirdest experience with a blonde lady who works there. Waited a while for my food which was fine, as the lady walks over to the mobile orders section I see a large cup in her hand and since I placed my order online, before she gets to the station, I said ‘for Jay?’ She looks down and says yes and then immediately looks over to another gentleman who was also waiting and pauses for a moment, almost as if she is allowing him to contest the order as his before handing it to me. Then, she takes my cup and heads over to the drink station. I selected lemonade on my order, I also selected no ice. I say to her ‘no ice’ she says ‘yeah, I can see that on the order’ I then said ‘strawberry lemonade please’ she then snatches the cup of the machine to inform me that there’s an additional cost for strawberry lemonade and that it can only be served in a different cup and it’s not available in large. Basically eliminating the option for me to get any as I had already paid for a large cup. I asked her politely when did you begin implementing that rule, she said six months ago. I then explained I have been ordering almost every week from Tijuana flats for the past two months. And no one has ever explained that, I proceeded to say but thank you. And then she proceeded to just walk off. I understand people have bad days, I always am extra polite to service workers as I’m aware they deal with all kinds of personalities. I didn’t even order through her to have developed any rapport previously to be treated that way. I’m writing the review because experiences like that really ruin someone’s desire to be a patron at a restaurant. There was only two tables seated when I arrived granted one was bigger.. I normally don’t write reviews but it really put a bad taste in my mouth.
