This was easily the worst food I've encountered on Florida’s Turnpike. The pizza was completely burned on the bottom, with a bitter, inedible crust. The only remotely decent item was the Caesar salad.
Worse than the food was the service. When I pointed out the issue, an employee laughed at me, implying I just wanted a refund. The manager stood by and said nothing—no apology, no accountability.
Terrible food, worse service. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

No pizza at 12pm. Lazy staff talking not having anything ready.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I visited around 11:15 AM, which should be a prime time for fresh food. Unfortunately, the pizza was one of the worst I’ve had – it was extremely hard and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I also asked about getting a fresh pizza or a Stromboli, and the staff flat-out refused, saying, “what’s there is there.” The lack of flexibility and poor customer service made the experience worse. Definitely not what I expect during a lunchtime visit.

This place was terrible. The person behind the counter was rude and when I asked to heat this more I was told there not allowed because you could burn your mouth. Food was disgusting will never go there again. Don’t waste your money.
Unfortunately never had a good experience with Villa I had to receive a refund for one of the items and the other was $8 for a slice that looked quite old and not very edible
It was an insult I spent money on this pizza. It’s really hard to make pizza this bad, so not sure how they accomplished that.
Meatballs were good at least. Spaghetti was hard, feels like it was left in the sun for 3 hours before.
Customer service was good at least.
The pizza is terrible and cold. They reheat it and burn it. The salad is really bad. And to make it worse… it is way too expensive!
Pizza sucks
Cold and overpriced

The pizza dough was raw and it took them almost 20 minutes to serve us. With only 3 people in front of you to buy something that is already pre-made.

I was expecting better shame on you for overpriced everything and for a very bad quality.

Very sad business. Miserable staff. Below average food. Disgustingly dirty surroundings and service counter. Please close your doors and let a Pizza Hut in.

Had been on the road for a while and stopped here for gas and something to eat. The girl working the counter was absolutely thrilled that I picked this place to eat! I mistakenly asked a question thinking she might have a little knowledge about one of the items I thought I might want. The mind blowing question was "excuse ma'am, what's in that?". She looked at me like I should go away, mumbled some words to I'm guessing was to her imaginary friend in the opposite direction of me and then stood there staring off into space. Having no idea what she said and the item didn't appear as deadly I went ahead and bought it. I politely asked if she could warm it up in the oven, that was on and appeared to be something used for warming food. She rolled her eyes, wrapped it in foil and placed it in the oven. Literally about 5 seconds later she pulled it out, threw it into a bag and gave me the total. I understand these places are really just for convenience and not fine dining, however if I'm paying as much as I did, you could at least warm it up and make it a little more edible. The food sucked, probably would have sucked a little less hot.

Large piece of pizza, but a little soggy toward the center. A bit costly for what you get.
