Most employees are very nice there! The cooks are very friendly! The supervisors are “iffy” which makes it difficult to get them to resolve issues that need attention. The food is “fast food”, the good food is the taco or western salad with the chilli and tortilla chips. The spicy chicken and fries sandwich is pretty good.

WORST service I've received in a long time from a drive thru. The little girl working the drive thru has the worst attitude for no reason. Rolling her eyes, sucking her teeth all because I politely asked for ketchup. How do people like that even get to keep their jobs?!

I've experienced this both dining in, and taking out the good part about dining in is that the orders are typically correct. However, the staff pays little to no attention to you.And the lack of customer service is very present. When you go through the drive-through, you do get better service because they have to hand you the food they have to take your payment so they have to make that contact. Unlike the automated machines inside, however, the orders are always wrong. The last time I went through the drive-through here. The employee who took my payment was on her cell phone, taking my payment while speaking to someone else, and did not tell me the total to Have a good day or anything, and then when I went to the second window, my order was still incorrect, and I had to go back around. Not only was my ordering incorrect, but my order has been incorrect the last 4 times I've visited
