I love Wendy’s, visited this location at almost 2am, no one had hair nets or gloves on working in the kitchen.
Please wear gloves especially when taking meat from freezer to fryer/grill and preparing meals.

came an hour and a half away from home to a doctor's appointment here in St cloud. just so happened to be craving biscuits and gravy which I love from my own hometown Wendy's. my husband and I have not been able to find one that can compare to the one in our hometown so we were suspicious and hesitant about ordering something we absolutely love just to be disappointed.
I express my concern to the manager lady who was taking the order who was not to mention very kind friendly and welcoming. she assured me that the food would be fresh and followed up on her promise. it was absolutely amazing and by far the closest thing to our hometown Wendy's as we have had since we started eating just sausage gravy and biscuits. kudos to the manager who knows how to keep well on her promise. Horrible service do don't go to this store if you plan to pay with cash this location has no problem turning you away now this is the second time I have been left standing in a line with no.people for over ten minutes and not allowed to place and order while holding cash in my hand. This location snub noses anyone with cash and refuses to work a register for those with cash it's a kiosk and credit card only or no service attitude at this location and since I been turned away or actually never even acknowledged in the store for my visit yet people behind me can order and to get served and their food before me and all of the drive thru yet no attention to actual customers in the building waiting to order and pay since cash isn't worth your time I will visit other restaurant chains that are closer to me who server there customers and don't discrimination against them to avoid working their positions and jobs

The service here is absolutely terrible. I waited 25 minutes in a drive through. They kept messing up my order. At first they didn't give me half my order and what they did give me was wrong. The manager that was working tonight was incredibly rude. She gave attitude when I told her my food was wrong. And then persisted to throw it away in front of my face by throwing it into the can with such force that it popped up everywhere.
Also, instead of them focusing on doing their job instead of making people wait in line for over 30 minutes. They were hanging out laughing singing yelling and dancing.
Negative stars.

Every time I come here I have the same problem. There are certain parts of my order that I have to customize, and the AI drive-thru cannot understand it. Also, the kiosk inside doesn't offer me the customization for that specific part of my order. As a result I get help by the same person every single time. God bless Lynda for always being patient and helping me out!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Wendy’s. I called four times on May 3rd, and each time the employee pretended not to hear me and hung up, completely rude and unprofessional. We were kind on every call and spoke at a normal volume, so there was no excuse for their behavior. On the fifth call, I immediately asked to speak with the manager. The woman who finally answered claimed to be the manager, but after a brief conversation, she admitted she wasn’t and said the real manager wouldn’t be in until the following week. This kind of disrespect is unacceptable. I expected better from a well-known chain like Wendy’s.

Everything was good, the only thing I asked for was No ketchup and they still added it 🤦🏻♀️. But I will still choose them over a lot of other fast food places. The burger tastes better.
