Don't waist your time and money. Go to good restaurants. I paid 40 bucks for 4 small chicken wraps. First time they didn't put additional tomatoes, onions and salad. I unwrapped 3 after I ate half of First wrap and came to them to show it. They recooked wraps but wrong again. And one "chicken" wrap was without chicken. And only one was warm. I regret I took this turn.

This Wendy's is at one of the rest stops on the Florida turnpike, so the food is about 50% higher than a typical Wendy's. They don't offer all of the typical extras that a normal Wendy's has. I usually get the four for $4 which this Wendy's does not offer. I also have the little key fob to get a junior Frosty with my meal which they don't offer that either. So it's just the basic menu and that's it.

I have heard about this place for many years finally got a chance to go there. I was wanting a good home cooked meal for lunch. Seems like they focus on breakfast and sandwiches mostly.Dinner type food at night on Fridays I believe I was told. So I ordered a ham cheese mushroom omelette.The egg was way over cooked & flat hardly any cheese & only 3 very small thin slices of mushrooms. Their other food may be good there. I don't know but after my experience I don't believe I'd go back & try the second time.Other food maybe good I don't know this is just my opinion about the omelette.I was disappointed not to find a good home cook lunch on the menu or a dinner menu. Employees was nice and friendly and seemed like a well kept clean restaurant

I would give 5 stars to the staff... the line was interminable, yet they kept on serving everyone with a smile and so politely; very impressed! The self checkout terminals did not work, and the only way to know was once you were ready to pay. So after trying to figure out and order for 5, those 15 minutes were a waste of time. It would've been helpful to have a sign up stating that the machines were not functioning/accepting payment. The food was OK, but the hardworking and kind staff made all the difference!
Parking: There's plenty of parking, but due to the lunch rush, spaces were a bit difficult to find

Was there on a Sunday evening. The plaza has 3 kiosk computers set up to take your order without standing in line. Each had Wendy's on one side and Dunkin Donuts on the other. I was able to place my order, and then it asks for my name, and then when you hit 'MAKE PAYMENT' it immediately said 'PAYMENT FAILURE' before you even had a second to attempt to make your payment. I place my card on the payment device and select 'TRY AGAIN' and it repeats itself forever. Did this for over a minute and I was unable to complete the process. Tried it with a second kiosk and the same thing occurred. On the third kiosk, DD was working, but Wendy's side was not even operational. Complete waste of time. So then had to go wait in line, and that seemed to take forever. For a while, it seemed like the cashier was only one working. That he took your order and had to then go fill it, as it seemed the entire rest of the staff was on break or something.

The prices are so jacked up at the service Plaza locations on this turnpike so outrageously. If you can avoid giving these price gouging businesses your money, you're better off getting food and snacks off the turnpike somewhere or in the city nearby. I recommend to don't do it. Not too mention, they have none of the deals, and they don't support the apps. Prices are very very high and different from normal locations.
