Horrible right on the window it says you serve breakfast till 10:30. We rolled up for cheese burgers after 1030 and we're told that they don't serve lunch till 11 horrible advertising if your not gonna stick to it

Food came out fast had to ask someone to come take our order . My nuggets were a bit over cooked and the bun slightly stale. The woman's bathroom sink blast really hard I had to back off the side so I wouldn't get splashed .

Im not one to write reviews but this place deserves what I am about to say. Just passed by today through the drive thru. Customer service here is the worse service possible. This Hispanic blonde lady I don’t know her name, she’s most likely the person who took my order… no idea if she’s the manager and if she is I CAN TELL WHY THIS PLACE HAS SO MANY BAD REVIEWS. She was super rude while taking my order kept interrupting me (not to ask questions about my order) but to READ IT BACK and I wasn’t even done, mind you my order was two meals! like let me finish. Like aren’t you supposed to read back orders at the end? Also she kept on saying “What?!” When she didn’t hear me… this lady is pushing 60, did no one teach her “excuse me, can you repeat that?” Or “sorry I didn’t catch what you said”… “What?!” Is so tacky but honestly I can’t expect anything more coming from wendy’s and their staff. Idk maybe these people should take a little trip to Chick Fil A and learn some real good Fast Food customer service.

They are over charging, if you ask for something please calculate with the taxes because they will say is a higher amount and then if you ask (because you notice) they change the price to the correct one. And the manager is there to make sure so ask for your receipt.

I ordered 30 min before closing i got my order i had drove into a parking spot to give my daughter her food i had To go around again to get the missing item i also told them they didn’t give any katchup they gave me sweet and sour i didnt Even ask for that my food was iced cold not even a little warm the buns was so cold like if they just was taken out of the fridge this is my first time here and i would never go back again my frys was hard and cold also no salt terrible service at night they need a good manager to over see what’s going on

This place is terrible. There is not one competent person working in the restaurant. They have automated registers that barely anyone knows how to use. Then the send the person that doesn’t know how anything works, not even the regular registers to help you out. This place is bad. I wish I could tell you how the food tasted but the dummy at the register couldn’t figure out how to get my order on the screen. If I could give negative stars I would.

Be careful if you order the Krabby Patty!! All three of ours had SPICY sauce, not the "special sauce" that it is supposed to come with. Tasted like ghost pepper sauce. I called to let them know and they were apologetic. Wanted to warn them of the error because we probably weren't the only ones.

I was up early enough to try the breakfast menu. It was pretty good. The item that stole the show is the ice coffee with frosty cream....man oh man that was so good. That's worthy going again for.

This Wendy’s is so disgusting. Dirty and they need new management. The crew doesn’t care about anything they’re out of ketchup and paper towels, the mirrors are gross they need an inspection because if the outside looks bad just imagine how the food must be. It’s messy and unorganized just look at all this clutter.
