I don’t have an Arby’s anywhere nearby. So when I was on a business trip to Starke, I decided after craving Arby’s for a month that I was going to stop and have Arby’s for lunch. Glad I did. The food was great.
Parking: Lots of parking, shared with other businesses nearby.
Wheelchair accessibility: There was ample handicap parking and wheelchair ramps

Visited today with my son and husband. I had to wipe down my own table for me and my toddler to use with napkins and water from the fountain machine. No problem. The lady behind the counter was very short with us (might be the manager). She didn’t say anything directly rude, but you would’ve thought I ran over her cat with the look on her face. Maybe we were annoying, but the vibe was very very very uncomfortable/borderline hostile. We were not asked what type of fries we wanted and we were given crinkle. My Husband went up there to order some curly fries (because that was what we wanted) and they were ice cold. None of the food was fresh or warm, but the curly fries really did it in. We left. When My Husband told me he felt like it was the worst Arby’s service he’d ever been given, I decided to write a review.

I ordered the 4 roast beef for $10. Boy was I let down. The first sandwich was ok but the other three had thick rubbery meat. We couldn't eat it it was awful. Really Let Down.

normally I love this location but this most recent experience was awful. not only did I have to explain to the cashier 5 times what I was trying to order but then the manager came over and I explained to her what I was trying to get. I asked for a simple beef & CHEDDAR about 4 times. she asked if I wanted it with cheese & I once again answered yes. she said the order back to me and it was right. when I get home and open the bag, I'm presented with the driest sandwich I've had in a long time.... no cheese whatsoever. ?

Fries were burnt ,ask for fresh fries, they were also burnt. Could not eat them. I love Arby's fries. Very disappointed
