The staff are extremely personable. The food was exceptional along with the sweet tea. The cole slaw was prepared to perfection and so were the hush puppies, fried fish, salmon and shrimp. I really enjoyed myself and my family did as well. One problem was the mop, mop bucket and room which were positioned near the garbage can which was in the front near my table😳 I forgot to mention the okra, which was also exceptional!

Ordered a 2pc catfish got the smallest filets I've ever seen and only received 1 of the 2 sides also the fish was not catfish not sure what kind of fish it actually was it tasted like i licked a fish by far one the worst experiences ive ever had at a captain Ds most definitely wasn't worth the money

My wife and I stopped in because we had not had the food in a long while. We waited for 30 minutes and never received our order. They continued to send food out through the drive thru without any consideration for the people actually in the restaurant. Do not waste you time with this location.

Rude customer service, slow to receive food. Ordered 3pc fish dinner, got fish, shrimp and crab. Not what I ordered. Hate crab....threw the whole damn worthless dinner out. The worst experience I have ever had. I will go to the Captain D's in Orange Park. At least they get the order right and I don't have to wait 10 or more minutes in the drive thru.

I am glad to review this restaurant as this is honestly the worst restaurant of ANY I have ever been in !!!! Normally as we live close we usually go to the Captain D's in Palatka which I can't say enough good things about . But OMG this one is awful !!!!!!!!! Waitress too busy to even take my order , she was leaning with her back to the counter and in the end I had to say Excuse me to get my order in .We ate there but our baked potatoes were nearly cold so I complained and asked for hot ones . The answer was " oh you were given the last 2 " Oh okay so what now ?? She said we can give you fries instead , yes 12 minutes later after our fish was cold . Then she shouted down to me " We want the cold baked potatoes back """ What ??? Unforuntaely I had ordered and paid for a sampler platter to take with us . She gave that tome all tied up and when we got home she had put something entirely different in the box and I had paid $12.99 for the meal .She was so rude to us and careless I am writing tgeir head office to complain as we want hot food and politeness not sarcasm when I took the potates back to her . Shame on you Captain D's .

They always mess up the order. Then tonight the card reader was down, after waiting 5 minutes at the speaker to be acknowledged, then told to pull around to order just to find out 10mins later they are only taking cash. Will not be going back, such awful service n food
