They always mess up the order. Then tonight the card reader was down, after waiting 5 minutes at the speaker to be acknowledged, then told to pull around to order just to find out 10mins later they are only taking cash. Will not be going back, such awful service n food

I ordered the 4pc fish meal with fries and green beans. They didn't give me my green beans, I tried calling the store 3 separate times and no one answered at all. I live the next time over and is very disappointed because the green beans were for my 1yr old.

My rice was so hard it taste and feel like it was cooked last week and this happens more times than not. The young lady with the tattoos that works the window she is so professional and nice but the cook could careless about what kind of food is being pushed out.

The store is kept clean but is very dated, I must have been there for someone's training day but the staff had kept bickering amongst themselves. The kitchen was prompt and friendly and so we're the 2 ladies at the front counter. The food was exactly what I was expecting an had ordered! Portions were fair and the prices were good.

I decided to give another chance after staying away for over a year, I'm glad I did. Fairly busy lunch, six people ahead of me inside, plus a couple of online orders, several cars in the drive through and I was in and out in ten minutes. I wish I had taken a picture. Grilled white fish was seasoned and cooked to perfection. A quality you wouldn't expect at a busy fast food place. They rocked getting people in and out with smiles and greetings for every customer.

My husband loves their fish. The 10 piece meal.was $32.
Service was good.
Bathroom had water on the floor and was nasty.
I got stuff to go. Had a 20 minute wait.

*Update* let me be just start by saying Captain D’s is my favorite place to eat of all time. I love their fish I love their hush puppies. I love everything. And the store owner did reach out to me about my concerns and she refunded my meal so I appreciate that. I have no hard feelings with Kathy. I just got sick. It happens. It shouldn’t happen in a restaurant but shit happens. I ain’t mad. Annoyed with the inconvenience a little But not mad. Me and my husband went there to eat Yesterday I got fish and fries and he got flounder and fries with shrimp. And Literally about 30 minutes later I was cramping up so bad and my husband was saying he wanted to throw up. I was thinking it was just because of the grease or whatever. But an hour later, we both have to stop to pull over Because we both have to use the restroom. I was sick all day yesterday and all day today and I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning.

Just wanted to praise captain d's! I spent $80 tonight around 6pm. The manager was very welcoming and helpful when bagging my order. The food was hot and my family really enjoyed tonight's dinner. Thank you for a hot meal!! We will definitely be back.

I was very upset with our dinner tonight. Not only did we pay $50 for 3 meals and two small drinks, we also got our food almost cold. & the chicken tenders were so tiny. How are you going to raise prices on your foods but reduce the quality of how much you give the customer. My husband got the 6 piece chicken tender meal and it might as well been 6 chicken nuggets, they were that small. The old tenders they used to have was soooo much better: When we were placing our order I had to tell the guy taking my order 4 different times what I was wanting. He didn’t seem to understand. When our food came he asked if we needed any sauces, I told him the sauces 3 different times and he still didn’t bring me what I needed. I’m not one to ever complain since I’ve been in the restaurant business before but this was pathetic. I was hoping to enjoy a hot meal at a place that I used to love & not to mention was my first job at 18 years old. This place needs to do better.
