I stopped here regularly as I am always on the go for work. Usually the service & food is always amazing, however there’s one old lady with glasses who goes out of her way to be nasty about anything & everything. Get her out the window! As someone who worked fast food all throughout high school I understand no one is going to be happy & smiling 24/7, sometimes you’ll have a bad day & are just there trying to make through but there’s no reason for you to be a Thundercunt to a customer every single time they come through. Never left a review for poor service anywhere nor do I usually care, especially just going through a drive through but I don’t understand the mindset of putting such an unpleasant person at the window or counter. I’m sure it sucks to be 60 working at a fast food joint but good grief put them to making orders or scrubbing toilets, not sprinkling negativity to customers.

Saturday Morning 11/15/24 8:32 AM Arrive in drive thru order 2 donuts, regular coffee and a large hot Latte, get 3 miles down the road open the latte take a sip and ice cold milk no coffee no froth totally disgusting. Drive back ask for Manager and she could literally could care less about that experience or the inconvenience of having to drive back and get this rectified. Absolutely would not return my money or coupon it as asked replaced with another Latte which had no taste of coffee at all in it. There were a lot of new employee's working at a busy time but Manager was not upfront training and overseeing the new employee's , she was in the back somewhere took her 5 minutes to come up front to assist my issue. Perhaps if she was upfront this would not have happened. The Dunkin in Waldo has exceptional Management and employees and great service and coffee. Brewing Brands and the owner need to release or retrain this Manager, she is Rude, Unprofessional and behaves as though she hates her job feel sorry for the employees and New Hires if this is their leader. So everyone if you want great service and coffee there is Ellianos right down the road and Waldo Dunkin Donuts is a short drive as well.. C. Sodek

The last two times I’ve gone to Dunkin’ Donuts. The donuts have been stale. That’s a problem for a place that’s supposed to sell Fresh donuts. Most of the staff seems to do a good job, but whoever is overseeing the donuts, not doing a good job. I probably won’t return to this establishment.

I would like to put 0 star but that’s not option. Order was completely flipped. The I didn’t ask the whip cream they put the whip cream and when I said I didn’t ask for whip cream instead of making a new drink they just removed the whip cream by hand a gave it back and said here you go. So beware of this kind of stuff happening to your order.

I have went to this pacific location for some time here lately I have been sending a friend to pick up my coffee. Wether it be me or the friend they always give great and professional customer experience. I know that a while back ago I stopped going cause I couldn't never get hot food or donuts were rarely available. I do believe it has changed for the better. I usely spoke with a Cory very sweet professional and holds up some of the greatest conversations. I just wanted to let this location know They are very lucky to have Mrs. Cory and hope she is around for some time. Thanks for everything

Went to Dunkin Donuts at 6pm to buy my wife some donuts and they didn't have any. Every donut rack was completely empty. It was weird. I didn't get anything there but I went to the Winn Dixie around the corner and got some there. A donuts store that doesn't sell donuts is strange for sure.

We went through the drive thru. The person who took our order was evidently having a bad day. The first words she said were, "What can I get you?" In a very monotone voice. They told us they didn't have chocolate cake donuts....only had chocolate glazed. ??♀️ same thing. The order taker for the drive-thru should probably not be working with the public if she can't at least fake being nice. Customer service is everything if you want return customers.Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese with butter on an everything bagel and received an everything bagel with butter only, so I had to go back in to have them correct the order. That kind of defeated the purpose of going through the drive thru.
