I love elliano’s and since they remodeled and upgraded their menu AND they have a mobile app where you can order ahead of time?!?! It’s game over for Dunkin now ❤️? I just wish I could modify their teas so I can make an iced earl grey tea latte.

I love ellianos I was so excited that they just opened back up. I’ve been working overnights so I just wanted a pick me up before work. I googled the hours says they were open until 7. I got there at 6:15. See there’s cars there they look open. I get to the window and one of the young ladies standing there just pulls over a dry erase board with the hours and just stares at me. To me that’s very unprofessional. She could have at least apologized and said something instead of just standing there with a board. I also edited your hours so it doesn’t happen to anyone else

the staff at this one was weird and unfriendly. one staff member made questionable faces and stared at us while ordering in a way that made us uncomfortable. this staff made these unpleasant faces for the duration of our service, like this person was disgusted with us and our orders. very unpleasant experience.

Go to Dunkin! We waited in line before closing only to have the girl at the window say "sorry we just closed" which would have still been unfortunate but what really speaks about the staff there is that they sat there, talking to the car in front of us, while the time passed right up to closing hours. They will never get another dollar of mine and if you value yours, go just south to Dunkin Donuts. They'll appreciate your patronage!
