I just stopped to order a vanilla milkshake and I’ll watch the staff how they prepare this first they put a half a cup of vanilla ice cream in there and then they finished it with whip cream. I told Woman she can keep it.

The food was fresh but lacked flavor. The staff just kinda stood around in the lobby talking, like they were just hanging out with their friends. I know the lobby was empty except for my group but we are still paying customers and it's not exactly your kitchen at home.

Hardee's is usually a hit or miss for me but the Hardees in Keystone has all the qualites I like in fast food! Their food is hot, the people have always been friendly and they are as quick as they can be with the freshness of the food they provide!

10am, Sept 6: Breakfast items - Greasy greasy greasy. Everything in the bag was greasy. The potato rounds were undercooked and greasy. Sausage biscuits..sausage was cold and biscuit was barely warm..and a very greasy wrapper on both. The Frisco sandwich was not edible, the wrapper had puddles of oily grossness. I tossed it out the window and wished the wildlife good luck and put the nasty wrapper in the bag with the rest of the trash. If we hadn't of been several miles down the road, it would of all been returned. I used the restroom while hubby was in drive thru..garbage on the floors, no TP in handicap stall and no soap. Garbage can overflowing.
Plenty of employees standing around talking amongst themselves or gazing off into wherever they were daydreaming... someone should of actually been doing their jobs. For a Hardee's to be this bad, it has to be real serious management don't care problem.

Thank you to the kind, helpful and cooperative service of our hometown Hardee’s! They supported our teachers with back to school breakfast. Despite scheduling conflicts thanks to Hurricane Debby, their team made it all happen for our staff at Starke Elementary School and we are grateful!!

Did a mobile order it was pretty busy which is understandable it was almost 10 the lady who took my order at the speaker was so cheerful and incredible 5/5 stars when I got to the window completely different she were rude and acted like it was a bothered which is okay I get it no one wants to work in the service industry especially during a breakfast rush she immediately tells me what the order is I say I had the mobile order for Amber she said it wasn't ready yet and I asked if they wanted me to pull into a parking spot to wait since the line was pretty long again she looked around said yes I pulled into a spot waited almost 30 minutes(I was on the phone so I knew roughly the time I had waited) I finally said forget it walked it and got the food...it was sitting in the to go spot on the counter by the time I got home three streets down I gave everyone their food EVERYTHING was cold hard as a rock ice in the soda had melted coffee was cold I ended up throwing away everything and making breakfast at home which was what I was trying to avoid this morning after working a 16 hour shift last night I don't normally give bad reviews but dang I'm just trying to save someone money and time especially 30$ worth of food

I'm sorry to say this but time and again I've given this Hardee's a chance to redeem itself but,now I will be going to the keystone store.I don't go inside at all in starke it smells bad Last time I went Thur drive Thur the food was just mediocre and the service was even worse I felt very rushed and it's not appreciated it all for being here.
