Wednesday November 19th 2025 my Husband stopped by and got him and I 8 cheese Krystal burgers as he was heading back home! He got so sick within 30 minutes of eating the burgers and for some odd reason as I opened my burgers up they didn't smell right and the meat was extremely salty! So never in my like har a salty Krystal burger from any location I ever been to in my life! I took 1 bite and threw the rest out! He was up vomiting up and down through the night along with diarrhea and here it is Sunday night and he is still struggling with the agony from their burgers! He tried calling since that day and can't get no answer! It's crazy! We definitely won't eat from there again!

Stopped Sunday 10/12/25 ..Tried to order a 24 pack and I was told it would take 40 mins. Totally unacceptable!!! There was 3 vehicles in front of me 2 behind me. The 2 cars behind me finally backed out and left so I could back out . We sat there for over 20 mins. Waiting for the cars in front of us to move they didn't.We all left and they were still sitting as we all turned on to 301. Never in my 50 years on this earth have I seen such incompetence.

I was held hostage in this drive-thru for one hour with no way to exit once I pulled in. When I finally reached the window, I was told my order had been deleted and that I would need to order again. After waiting a full hour, I had to leave without food.
This is unacceptable. A business should not trap customers with no way to leave, especially when wait times go far beyond reasonable limits. Management, review your cameras… you held me hostage in line with no escape. This location should not operate until it has a safe and efficient way for customers to exit if the line stalls for more than a few minutes.
Doesn't look like this place is going to make it. 😕
