Avoid them on weekends. They get overwhelmed and never have anything hot n ready. You can order an hour before pickup on the app and they will still not have it in the oven at the selected pickup time. Employees are friendly and do seem to be working. I think the city needs a second location.

Orders never ready on time when ordering ahead.. i get they get busy, but part of pre-ordering is to have it done at the agreed time, if you want your pizza by 6pm, place your order for pick up for 5:30.

Food is never ready when it says it's going to be ready. You'll be waiting for a half an hour after the food is supposed to be ready and after giving ample time to make it and confirmation it's ready before you even leave to go there.
The last order was even wrong after all of that. I'm regretting my decision not to go somewhere else.
