I haven't been to a taco bell in years. It was surprisingly really good. I'm not a fan of ordering with a kiosk but it worked and gives all substitutes.

Girl in drive through cut me off while I was ordering. Drinks were completely flat and had no ice so they were literally room temp. I asked for a drink carrier and the girl half ass put the drink in the carrier and when she hands it to me the drink falls out into my car… luckily I caught it. I love my car very much and if it would’ve spilled in my car it would’ve sucked so much. Idk why I had to pay for those drinks cause they were definitely not drinkable. Terrible experience.

You must order from the kiosk. I absolutely hate that. Had to go and ask for our drinks. People are standing around trying to figure out how to order. If I didn't have my granddaughter with me, I would have eaten somewhere else after seeing the kiosk.

they don't have ice by the window, so they are making customers walk in to the lobby from the drive thru to get there own ice??? because "it can really be a lot to walk that far"

Open till midnight, pull up at 10:10pm to drive thru, they asked me to hang on for a minute. At 10:17pm I backed out and pulled around only to see an empty window and everyone talking in the lobby or smoke in their car. I had a really long day and not in the best of moods but seriously how unbelievable and honestly down right rude. Go elsewhere for food, this taco bell obviously doesn't need the business.

The restroom was is terrible condition and looked like it had been that way for a long time. The restroom door didn't lock. The toilet didn't have a functional flush handle.
