I haven't been inside a taco bell for a while and I was impressed today. The employees were kind and nice, the food was fresh and the restaurant was super clean. Manager, your employees are doing amazing! Give them a bonus or something to praise their excellent work!

We arrived in the drive thru this later evening and was greeted. However after we gave each order, expecting a response from the lady taking our order. She never responded. My husband repeated himself and Janeka was extremely rude in her reply to him. Once we stated that we had completed our order, once again there was no response so we proceeded to just drive forward to the window to provide payment. Janeka opened the window rudely gave us a total and we paid. We asked if we could please get hot and mild sauce along with our food and she never answered. She just shut the window in my husband's face. By far the absolute worst customer service I've ever had at ANY restaurant!!!!

There was a fries inside my chilupa and almost 0 meat. Plus my fries were just thrown into the bag with the container on top

Today 10/26 went thru drive thru & ordered 3 Double stack Tacos. They wanted &9.60 ! I asked at window about price, employee looked at me like he was braindead & couldnt respond (online menu says they are $1.99). I said I did not want order for that price & drove away. I will not go into Taco Bell again here or elsewhere - no more. They tried to overcharge me almost $3.

Food is fine but the drive through employees don't know how to even greet/talk to customers.

I placed a online order through app 8/25/25 7pm For 3 taco supreme combo and 3 soft tacos
What I received appeared to be tooth picks
I asked for a refund, was told they couldn’t refund me due to online order
I was treated as if I was wrong for asking for a refund and they didn’t want to correct them
But they did after fussing over them
I will not ever eat at this Taco Bell again

Show up 11 minutes before the inside closes and I was going to go on the inside and order and then take it home and eat so I just wanted to go in and order to make sure what I wanted. As I pulled the door, it was locked and the lady that was sweeping in the dining room who most the time is in the drive-through was rude and said we don’t want you here go home and leave us alone. Not sure if she didn’t know that I was able to hear her but she has to be the rudest employee not just a Taco Bell but of anywhere I’ve been. Tonight later I wanted a Mexican pizza so Went up there planning on doing the same Order take it home eat once again I order from kiosk I pay with cash and when I ask her if she can come cash me out, she gives me a big sigh and rolls her eyes. That was it for me and not to mention that my order is never right And told them no guacamole. I had extra bowl I wanted a supreme there was no sour cream and it just seems like there’s one manager up there that cares to rest up don’t even care. The lady that sat at me and told me she didn’t want me in there. Definitely should be fired because she is the rudest person to deal with. Oh, by the way when she told me that I didn’t even want anything I’m definitely not supporting them sometimes I feel like that whole restaurant just needs to close

Now a days, eating out is tough. When living on a tight budget, and one has gluten allergies, this is one of the places to go. Food is fresh, and awesome! Service was great. There are only a couple of restaurants one can enjoy gluten-free food. This is one of them. Yay!!! Love it! Thank you, Taco Bell.
Of course, stay away from the flour tortillas.

7-13-2025 at approximately 10:58pm. Drive through employees would rather waste time chatting and joking around with each other and the person sitting outside the drive through. Customer service is non existent here and I highly recommend you find another taco bell

Taco Bell yal are still sorry it's been 6 years since I been there. I asked for sour cream. Why did yal only put a dab on one side, and I mean only a dab, then the quesadilla wasn't even cut awful. 7/13/2025 Goodness, I don't understand why yal hire these children who can't understand or comprehend what's being said . I told the Lil black child I just wanted a soft taco. And she asked me 5 times did I want it a supreme if I didn't ask for supreme that mean I didn't want it. And then the Lil white child telling me regular taco don't come with tomatoes since when ? I've got plenty of regular tacos with tomatoes yal need to get yal self together yal are pitiful
