Fiddler's Restaurant and Resort

we absolutely love fiddlers. from the restaurant food to the outdoor seating,stages, dockside, overnight beautiful remodeled rentals it has everything to offer. we will keep staying here and enjoying the food/beverage/ music ♡♡♡♡ thank you to Andy for turning this place into a wonderful establishment!!!!!! most definitely the best place in the entire town!

Tried Fiddler's for the first time and it's a no for me. I got broiled scallops, fries, and cole slaw. Scallops and slaw had absolutely no flavor. Fries were cold and tasted old. The only way I could eat the scallops was to drown them in cocktail sauce. The rest of it just went to waste. I will say the staff was friendly.

WE STAYED THERE THIS WEEKEND---16 AND 17 TH---HAD A GREAT TIME--THE FOOD AND THE BAR WAS GREAT---FRIENDLY FOLKS AND GREAT SERVICE---WE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM IN OUR ROOM AND WITHIN ONE HOUR THEY HAD SOMEONE THERE TO TAKE CARE OF IT---CAN'T ASK FOR ANY BETTER SERVICE THAN THAT---WERE COMING BACK THIS WEEKEND 23 RD AND 24 TH---GREAT PLACE TO STAY

The food was good. Our server Milly(?) Was great! Very attentive, food came out quickly. Made sure we had drinks. We were very pleased with her.

The Cray fish diner had NO Cray fish, just rice and sauce. The seafood buffit was over priced and not appealing.

We live here in Steinhatchee and we love fiddlers. This is our first time eating here, since the dining room reopened after the hurricane… the gator bites are even better then we remember and there has been major renovations that have successfully combined fine dining with the southern feel that we remember from before. We are glad to be back and are thrilled with the service, food and ambiance!

Restaurant only - you better call in the morning and find out what hours they feel like being open because they definitely don’t go by what is on their sign or website. Sign says 10, online says 1am, we couldn’t get seated just before 9 because they decided to close at 8:30.
We did eat here once a few days before and had the buffet. The waitress was great. The food was decent, but nothing spectacular.

This is our favorite local spot! We come every Thursday and sometimes Friday. Staff is always so welcoming and food is always on the spot great!🥰

Wonderful oasis in Steinhatchee. Rooms are fresh and clean. Food is fantastic! The seafood buffet is out of this world. GREAT covered deck with live music. 5 stars!

We decided to try the restaurant this past weekend after a long day of scalloping. We had a party of 9 so we figured the wait would be a little long, but they gave us the option to sit on patio and listen to band with no wait time.
To just really make a long story short, the salad bar was amazing. Other than that, we really felt is if we waisted our time and $$. My son got the buffet and everything was very bland and cold. My daughter’s chicken meal (one of their specialties) was terrible. My wife ordered snapper and broccoli and sent it back because snapper was cold and broccoli had a rotten flavor. Scallops were ordered and had zero flavor.
I hate to comment and bash places because it’s their means of income and livelihood, but this was about one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
We did not stay at the Inn, so this review is for restaurant only.
