So disappointing! My husband was so excited to finally get some grouper only to be served some kind of thin sliced Chinese catfish. He took one bite of the $40 “grouper” and was so disappointed. Also we had the crabs, and could not believe they didn’t have any tools for the crabs. Crab Restaurant with not on crab tool in the house. We were so embarrassed after bragging to out of town guest on how good Kathi’s was. We will not be back

The food is decent..but very small portions and very expensive..I had crab bites with a crab mac salad..I asked if the crab salad was good..of course!! It was imitation crab/lagastino..not acceptable!

We fished all day and got some big gag groupers so took a cleaned one to them since they will cook your catch. Fried the small bits and blackened the fillets. The fish dip and crab fritter apps were good. Sides were just OK. The grouper was super tasty and they didn’t overcook it. The blackening wasn’t spicy at all. The live country music was great. We enjoyed our dinner and the atmosphere.

Food was OK, except the boiled red potatoes, OMG they were smothered in old bay, and gross. I like Old bay but the amount they put on those potatoes was not good. I should of just poured the bottle in my mouth and had the same taste. Fried shimp was decent, good size shrimp, gator bites and cheese curds were decent too. Our server might of been having an off day bc she was not the best, not bad, but not remarkable either. Used the restroom and it was the oddest thing. The door to the outside had no way to lock it and 1 bathroom was out of order while the other had no door and a sink in the way to be able to use the other door to close it. Luckily no one walked in but very odd. Can't say I'd go out of our way to go back.
