We visited Steinhatchee for the first time and loved it. McDavid’s was a huge highlight of our trip. The food was phenomenal, service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was so fun and family friendly. The Cuban sandwich was top notch, and breakfast was so filling and delicious. Not to mention Loki the cat and all his cuteness. If you’re in the area don’t miss an opportunity to stop in! We went 3 days in a row.

Quaint little cafe with great food (hanburgers, poboy shrimp sandwich, brisket on Texas toast and great mac and cheese). They make the best donut and donut holes I have ever eaten. If you are traveling north or south on US 19, take a little turn and head out to McDavids in Steinhatchee.
