Honest review. Not trying to tear down this business. More of a bar than a restaurant.
During our visit the music was loud for a slow night and also not appropriate for the crowd.
22$ for cheeseburger fries (18) and a soda (4) is a lot even for these times. Burger was good but not that good. Food was good and waitress was super friendly along with good service. Basically, food is better than fast food, prices are high and music was loud and not appropriate for the crowd. Expect a bar atmosphere with tables. If that's your thing it's a great place.

Food and prices were great. Really missed the rooftop it was such a a gorgeous day. They were doing construction work so we couldn't go up. They are putting in a stage.

Blackened grouper was delicious! My friend had the special 1/2 smoked BBQ chicken! He said it was delicious, but really needed a regular fork instead of plastic to pull the meat off the bone... overall really good!

I ordered an appetizer of bacon wrapped scallops which was $20 for 4 scallops that were barely cooked. Definitely won't be going going back. Service wasn't great either.

Took 45 minutes just to get a rum and diet. Waitress apologized, but never sent manager over nor did the manager help the bartender. Bartender delivered drink and never apolgized and definitely had an attitude about the fact thst I complained to the server. Over an hour to get food, and over priced for the quality.
Not impressed. Building looks new after hurricane but the wait staff, cooks, and management need to step up their game.
Not planning on revisiting!

Really disappointed with the grouper. It was the worst that we had ever had. Shared that with our waitress who shared it with the kitchen & we left. Next time we will go somewhere else.

We went boating leaving from this area and came back here for dinner. We got the surf & turf special with green beans and salad, also grouper blackened basket. The food was good with really good flavor. The steak had good flavor but too much fat and not enough steak but still happy overall. Drinks were good and service was average. We sat at the bar. Nice place on the water and we would go back again.

Had a very good time me & a few friends stopped in on a ride we was having first round was a little slow but she was by her self & there was 15 of us
After that couldn’t of asked for a better spot on the water b even better once they can finish renovations
Food was good not to much wait grouper was fresh which made a very good sandwich blackened or fried
Fries where so hot when they hit the table they’d urn your lips
We had planned to eat & ride on but decided to stay for another drink & ride back to Wakulla
Doesn't replace crabby daddy’s it it’s a nice place on the water

Bottle of ketchup exploded and ruined the grouper fingers. The waitress took them back to the kitchen, but I was told, "they would not replace them." Last time I patronized this establishment. I asked for the manager, whole table asked. No one ever came. We ALWAYS WENT to WHODAT when we are in town, BEFORE this incident. Haven't been back and, when friends come to town, we NEVER take them there anymore!!! Way to loose customers.

**Review of Water’s Edge (2/5 stars)**

Unfortunately, rebranding this place hasn't improved the food or service. The lazy waitress spent more time on her phone than checking on customers. The dessert was shockingly small for the $6 price tag, making it a disappointing end to an already underwhelming meal.

The onion rings were soggy and drenched in grease, not crisp like they should be. The fried shrimp tacos were just okay—nothing special and a bit too spicy for my taste.

The view is the best part of Water’s Edge, but with so many TVs, it's hard to really enjoy it. On a positive note, the outside bathrooms were clean, which is more than I can say for the food.

Save your money and go somewhere else.
