A local gem small-batch coffee rooster with fresh pastries, souffles, smoothies and the best staff you could ask for! The owners take great pride in their craft, sustainable coffee bean sourcing and customer service at its finest! From cold brew, nitro cold brew, organic and pour-over, their selection and quality is unmatched.

Went with my boyfriend and it was amazing! We got two coffees and spent under $15. Great quality coffee/espresso for great prices. While we were waiting we regretted not also grabbing a pastry. We will definitely be back!

3 Baristas is hands down the best coffee shop in Stuart, even all of Martin County. They roast their coffee beans in house, and know what they're doing when they prepare your coffee beverage of choice. It is a family business with all taking pride in what they do, and do it with a smile and pleasant attitude. Add to this, their prices make them a great value as well. My wife and I will pass multiple $tar$$$s in favor of this local business. Love this place!

stopped by while driving through the area. Wonderful family. nice environment. all the comments about friendliness are spot on. i love this place. pretty nice to be able to see beans being roasted while you drink. I bought some beans from papa new guinea. They taste amazing in my aero press and my v60. The muffin was amazing as well. cant wait to stop back by when passing through the area.

I recently visited 3 Baristas with my husband and our two kids, and it was an amazing experience! The owner, as always, was incredibly friendly and welcoming he personally helped us with our order and made us feel right at home. I usually come here for work meetings, but this was the first time I brought my family, and they loved it just as much as I do. I’m always raving about this place, and once again, it lived up to the hype. If I could give it 20 stars, I would! Hands down the best coffee in town paired with top-notch service. A true local gem.

It was my first time checking out this spot this morning. The lovely ladies there helped me pick out an iced coffee and also surprised me with a free pastry. Maybe because I am a healthcare worker, maybe because it was my first time, or maybe because that's who they are. Regardless, I will be back. Everything was delicious. Thank you. =)

When I first drove by 3 Baristas, I didn’t stop—and I couldn’t quite say why. But then a former employee—someone I used to manage—told me, “I’ve been adopted by a Bulgarian family.” That piqued my interest, so I finally checked it out. After visiting, I understood what I had been missing.

This isn’t just a coffee shop. It’s a place where you’re genuinely welcomed, where people care, and where quality runs deep. The owners, Dimitri and Vania, bring decades of experience and passion to what they do. They roast beans in-house and offer a rotating global selection, each cup reflecting their dedication to doing it right.

As a farmer with experience working with coffee plants in places like Hawaii, Jamaica, and Costa Rica, I deeply appreciate the science and artistry behind coffee. Dimitri’s passion for the bean, from origin and roast to brewing methods and flavor profiles, is impressive. Over the past year, I’ve learned more about coffee just by coming here than I ever expected.

They also serve a variety of homemade treats, most of which are lovingly prepared by their mother. From sandwiches, muffins, and baklava to apple strudel (my personal favorite), or European specialty items, the flavors feel like they’ve been passed down through generations. The sandwich bread is locally sourced, and there are always delicious vegan options available, which I appreciate. They also offer smoothies, teas, and specialty coffee drinks.

Whether you’re stopping in for a quick drink or settling in for a while, it’s the kind of place that makes space for you. Even if there’s a line, the care, warmth, and quality are always worth the wait.

Over time, we’ve become friends, and that says everything. I haven’t encountered another business like this, simply because of how giving and genuinely caring they are.

I’m lucky to have found 3 Baristas.
Now it’s your turn.

In house roasting, the owners are very nice. Dimitar's Espresso beans are outstanding! They offer a wide variety of beans from around the world.
