Very pleasant to talk to and will always go above and beyond with their service. Hands down the best way to start the day and very large menu full of many options for anyone. I had the absolute worst experience at this establishment today. Here is the story I ordered a acai bowl but I got tied up at work and I was unable to pick up my bowl in time. I’m in the medical field and sometimes I get caught up at work.But I thought no biggie I will go and speak to the staff tomorrow and explain what happened. I thought most likey the would remake the bowl because I go there at least three time a week. I spoke to the person who claims to be the owner and she said she would not remake the bowl or provide a refund after she asked to see a receipt of purchase from the previous day. After I pulled up my receipt and transaction she confirmed she threw the bowl away and she can’t remake it or refund me because of the cost of loss of product which I already paid for. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received, I always spoke highly about this establishment and recommended multiple people to come try the food. This is not the way to handle a repeated customer.
-I would to add a refund was only offered after I told the owner I would leave a bad review online

Ordered a wrap no flavor for 11.00 I expected a little more I was gonna purchase a small canned drink to find out they charged $6.00 so I returned the drink to find out my refund was gonna take 5 days .lol this place is ridiculous . Not coming back for sure weird vibe going in the place Definitely not native lol over priced forsure .

This location does not have a phone number to get in contact with. I ordered an açaí bowl and unlike every other location I have been to, they do not keep the açaí frozen. I opened my bowl and poured out half of it like it was pure water. The remaining was pure liquid. I couldn’t even eat it, very disappointing. The bowls are supposed to be somewhat frozen and they must now be aware of that. It was ALREADY pure water in their very own parking lot when I opened it! From inside the shop to outside the door it’s incredible how it was melted. Meaning it was never frozen to begin with.
Horrible service and a racist business . My first time here and the young lady makes me a smoothie that is nasty . A lot of people have told me about this place because they know I love healthy food . The food is definitely overrated and the smoothies are very overpriced. The lady told me she could not make my smoothie over unless I paid for a new one . I had already brought a smoothie and even left them a tip . She told me I would have to call customer service or write the company about something as small as this . I won’t ever support a place like this again . Her job was to make sure the customer was happy . But places like this only care about money and making black people fell like they are not welcomed . If you go just know that you can’t change your order if you don’t like that . They definitely need to be taught how to make a smoothie and a sandwich .

I have been going to the palm beach gardens location for years and everything was always 100% satisfactory. I come to the Stuart location and was given a hard time about requesting a cup of water…sometimes it’s the little things when you go above and beyond that sets your business apart. Was just disappointed in they way I was treated and the way it was handled. Again a cup of tap water shouldn’t be to much to ask when you spend $25 on two açaí bowls with a 20% tip.
