Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza & Wings

I visited this spot for the first time on 1/1/26 @1pm, and while the establishment itself is impressive, the food fell short of expectations.
The Food:
I ordered the half Italian Sausage and half pepperoni pizza, and unfortunately, it was a miss. The crust was very doughy and undercooked in the center, making it difficult to eat. There was a noticeable lack of sauce, which left the slices feeling dry, and the pepperoni used was overwhelmingly salty. I haven't tried other items on the menu yet, but I certainly wouldn't recommend the pizza based on this experience.
The Service:
The staff wasn't necessarily rude, but they weren't attentive either—I had to flag someone down just to get a water refill.
The Atmosphere:
The highlight of the visit was definitely the environment. The facility is very nice, modern, and exceptionally clean. It’s a great-looking space, which makes the subpar food even more disappointing.
Verdict:
I really wanted to like this place because the vibe is so good, but the pizza just isn't up to par. Unless they improve their bake time and ingredient balance, I likely won't be back for another slice.

Really great experience at this location. The food was amazing. I’d order the Bambino next time as I like my sauce under the cheese. Live & learn.

Immediately when entering the restaurant, the manager abruptly questioned how many were in our party, no greeting, just harassment. The server came to the table and seemed intoxicated, was rude, talked over the people in our party, argued with people in our party regarding our order. The food was mediocre at best. We will not be coming back again.

Another unfortunate place that prepares orders for to go first rather than serve the patrons who come in and support the employees! We waited 45 minutes for pizza….just pizza! While I sat there I watched about 20 to go boxes get filled before they had even started our order. The manager just stood there completely useless. When he realized (only from the look of disappointment) that we were unhappy waiting so long, he went behind the door to never be seen again! What pizzeria doesn’t have GRANULATED garlic powder?!?

Usually a Fantini’s pizza guy but they were not allowing take out on New Years Eve so tried Anthony’s. Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Soggy, under cooked, and pepperoni and mushrooms just laying on top. Void of sauce too. Cafeteria pizza at best.

Picked up Margarita square pie. At first I thought the box was empty. When I got back to my car I opened the box to make sure the pizza was in it. It was half the pizza box. Tiny pie very thin crust with one piece of basil on top of pie. This pie cost 21.00 dollars.
Total rip off!!! Very disappointed. Will not return to Anthony’s Coal Pizza in Stuart Florida ….

Great atmosphere.
Restaurant was less than 20% full at lunch with a handful of wait staff.
My pizza was soggy despite the claim of 900 degree ovens. Finally was asked if I wanted a refill when we were paying.

Never had an issue at Anthonys until yesterday afternoon. They had a fould mouthed regular patron who appeared inebriated at the bar order several items, sent some back, started to eat and got sick, went outside and threw up behind another guests car who commented and he came back in an no management challenged him. He hunched over his food and ate. Not cool

Be careful. We ordered a cheap wine and good thing I asked for a copy of my receipt and found out they over charged me for the wine.

Anthony’s Coal-Fired Pizza and Wings has been a favorite of mine for years, and it keeps getting better. The first time I ordered their wings, I expected the usual deep-fried, buffalo-sauce version but what I got was a wonderful surprise. Their original wings are baked in the coal-fired pizza oven with caramelized onion and spices, and they come out incredibly flavorful and moist. Truly unique and delicious. Plus they have other versions that are equally as good!

About a year ago, I stopped in one evening on my own and had the pleasure of being served by Jeff, whose friendly, upbeat personality and excellent service made the experience even better. Because of him, I started going back regularly, and over time I began trying more of the menu. The pizza is excellent, the salads are outstanding, and their lunch specials are a great value.

Now that I’m a regular, I’ve gotten to know more of the servers, and it’s clear that this is a team that genuinely cares about making your dining experience enjoyable. The service is consistently pleasant, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the management is top-notch.

I highly recommend Anthony’s Coal-Fired Pizza and Wings, whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth.

had such a great experience at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza thanks to our server, Gio! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Gio checked on us at just the right times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.

It’s not often you come across service this good, and he truly made our visit stand out. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we’ll be asking for Gio! Highly recommend! 🍕✨

Not sure what happened today- it’s 12:15pm on a Tuesday and the doors are closed. I looked inside and the employees were talking but no one came to the door to say anything. There wasn’t a sign on the door about being closed. So disappointing, we drove all the way over to specifically come for lunch!

I'm not much for franchise restaurants but this one is pretty good.
