Order on the app 20 min in advance and they still make you wait in the parking lot for 15 to 20 minutes before they bring the food out. Happens everytime and they are NEVER busy. No other fast food restaurant does that!!!

There’s a stand out employee there that has great customer service skills in the drive thru of the Stuart se federal hwy location. I just wanted to give a shout out to King. It’s nice to see someone appreciate their job and go out of their way for the customer. Always pleasant and serves with a smile. The owners/ managers should know that the customer does appreciate that kind of service.

I had never been to an Arby's so whilst in Stuart visiting family they thought we should go..
It was ok.. nothing special but nothing bad..
Food was ok for me - I had the chicken strips and they were good.. 1 of our party had the Mac & cheese and said it was fab!
So an ok experience but I won't feel the need to rush back

No one at the counter z
Person making food was either on the phone or talking to someone in the back room.
Also wiring his nose with a gloved hand
Drive thru cashier saw me didn't say a word.
So I walked out and went next door to Taco bell

I just left this location. I ordered two meals. One cheese steak and one buffalo chicken sandwich with a 4 piece cheese stick. I received the food and drove off. At the light I see that they forgot one of the fries and the one I had was ice cold. I get home and realize they also missed the marinara for the cheese sticks. The cheese steak was disgusting . It was slimey, had no flavor or cheese. It looked like ground beef. It was not edible. I dont expect much, but $31 for a messed up order and food to just go into the garbage is ridiculous. This location obviously has no one managing it. No wonder no one else was in the drive thru, and I won't be again either.

I stopped there last night around 9:15pm. I went through the drive thru, I asked for 4 beef and cheddar’s, the woman asked me wait to see if they could make them, a minute later she got back on the intercom and said they could, so I pulled up to pay, I paid my money then she asked me to pull up so that she doesn’t have long wait times. I said I would rather wait at the window especially since there was no one else in line. The employee asked again to pull up so I did. Waited 10min or more and finally got my food. The employee that handed my food to me was very rude to me when I said that this was ridiculous that I had to wait so long. I asked who was the manager was, he declined to answer me and went back inside. I usually have good service during the day but the night crew are very shady and unprofessional.

Came in and they had a list of how to treat and act with customers right by the register with the first thing saying great the customer with a smile, so I was thinking, new hire. Still was rudely greated by the first worker to come to the register, was it the new hire??? Nope it was the GM! At no point smiled and at no point felt welcoming and at no point made me feel like coming back would be a good idea. Food looked like smaller portions than usual as well and am very displeased with all of the above.

Key things to note: no line, one other patron in the establishment who was just finishing their food, one car in drive though.
