Quite possibly the best experience me and my gf have had at this establishment. Each experience being better than the last as the chefs put on a beautiful display of their talent for cooking! And of course, the quality of the food was so good I was sad that I didn't have room to eat it all that same night! Absolutely cannot wait to come back here again for another special occasion.

We celebrated my husband's birthday (just the two of us). We enjoy teppanyaki style, so we sat with six other people. They were terrific and also added to the experience. Aaron was our server. Attentive without being overbearing. The chef did an outstanding job, food was cooked to perfection. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Definitely recommend.

Food was good however as do most we came for a family gathering and were looking forward to the experience which in the end was not good. Our cook, Armando was not talkative, not enjoyable, and he rushed. Rushed so much that he and the cook at the next table started at the same time and he was finished 20 minutes before them. Entire meal was rushed, had to catch him for refills of sauces. It was just a poor experience and will be back but will specifically ask for anyone but Armando.

Our reservation was at 6:45. Waited close to 45 mins to be sat. The lobby was completely filled. The actual server was really nice. The chef cooked the main entrée first so when everyone wanted to eat all the food together, our actual meal was cold. Everything was way overly salted. Definitely will not be coming back. We did not enjoy this experience at all.
Let me start by saying that I'm not a very patient person. So waiting a few minutes to be seated was annoying me. But, 20 minutes later my family and I was seated. Once we were seated. That's when the amazing service and the ultimate customer appreciation started. The amount of love we receive from our Hostess, Server and Chef was extraordinary. And of course the food was delicious and amazing. The new Wagyu steak line and sauces is definitely worth every penny. Please bring a Benihana to Melbourne. FYI, the seating wait is completely understanding.

Horrible wait time even with OpenTable res. I will not be returning to a Benihana!!! Tried two locations with different group of family in the past two weeks and both were same experience. I gave it a second go didn't think would happen again. Orlando waited over 1:45 min and Stuart waited 55 min. Then when you get to your table that's another 45 min before you even have drinks. And I believe they will get seat the table I was in the corner seat and I was pushed away from table to sit next to stranger and have acceptable space. So I would spill food through my meal as if I were some child. Food was good but experience of wait and server nooooooo

Took my 2 small grandkids for lunch to use my $50 birthday coupon as a Benihana member. Was not allowed to use the coupon on the 45 Minutes Or Less menu which was cheaper per person, even though there were no restrictions anywhere stating that in writing. However, the kids were allowed to order from the kids menu, the chicken nuggets looked like a frozen bag chicken nugget, but I had to order from the full price menu. I was given nothing for dessert & the kids were given a milkshake because they were out of ice cream at 1:30??? Two servers hurriedly sang a happy birthday song & walked away. Very disappointing experience. Plus the restaurant was nowhere near full. I've eaten there many times at night and always had excellent service.
