Was on a small business trip to the area and my son told me pizza here is good. And yes is really good fresh and delicious call for pick up, on phone lady was really nice but not in the store and the sign??? No words.. but I’ll be back I love the pizza

We USED to eat here. And DO NOT USE THE ONLINE ORDERING as they forget to check the orders. The past few times we have had issues with general customer service and we are done with this place. We have lived in town over 50 years and frequented since they were at Martin Square Mall.
When we got pizza a couple of times ago, I called in the order and was on my way to pick it up (5 minutes past the time I was told to pick up) and while at the light to turn near the plaza, an obnoxious employee asked if I was picking my pizza up. It was very rude. Tonight, I ordered online and when I went at the listed time to pick up, they were not aware of the order and only then picked the slip up off the machine. (There was only one table of 3 people in an otherwise empty restaurant.) you pay in advance (and I left a $5 tip) when ordering online, so I was stuck. I went and got gas and came back about 17 minutes later and the pizza was ready. Other than a very poor “sorry”, I was not offered anything for my time or inconvenience. It’s the thought and intent that counts. A decent apology or a couple of knots would have gone a long way. After all that, the pizza was barely warm so we heated it up when I got home. We are just over bad customer service here and are crossing this restaurant off our list. In any event, DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE ORDERING OPTION.

We get a pizza from here every Monday and it’s usually good. But this time there’s almost no cheese on it. How do you put half the amount of cheese on a large pizza and give to the customer? Gonna have to find a different NY style pizza spot.

First timer with Big Apple Pizza here. I got a meatball and pepper pizza, and the meatball sliders and had it delivered. It was just as they were closing and I was surprised they even took the order.... But delivery girl was so sweet, and the gentleman on the phone as well. And most importantly : the grub was on POINT. Very good. Cheers to these cats. They do it well.

The cashier was ringing me up, and I asked for an additional slice of pizza. She went and grabbed the pizza without washing her hands, balanced it on one hand and stacked a few additional slices on top of it, and, using her bare hands, put it in the oven. She then came and finished checking me out, then went back to the oven and drug the pizza out the oven with her still unclean hands that she had just used to handle money. I was disgusted!

Cheese Pizza is outstanding!! We dine every time we are in Town and are never disappointed. No heart burn and delicious food!
Terrible experience. They screwed up our order three times. The last time, I brought it to his attention, and he said, well, I gave you the other pizza because I thought maybe you were in a rush because you asked how long it'd be taking. So he intentionally gave me the wrong order because obviously that infers that he knew that the right order was not what he gave me. I was not in a rush. I never did say that I was in a rush, nor did my body language intimate that I was. Then when I went back in there, after the third time they messed up, no apology. Then he said that he did apologize, and he actually said he apologized twice. Absolutely absurd. Did not happen. Very rude. There's no customer service ethic. And they lie. Unbelievable.

I have been going to this location since I was a little kid. ( I'm 40 now ) when it used to be in the Stuart Mall. but the last two times that I've tried to order. the first time they would not honor a coupon. and just now today try to order. got put on hold for more than 7 minutes and when they finally picked up they hung up. what is going on with you guys? you have been making me order from Salerno Pizza and here I am going to order from them again.
Really good squared pizza not as doughy as I thought it would be, but they couldn't use my gift card.

I’m not sure what happened but this place has changed for the better. Today I ordered a wedge salad and it’s beyond amazing (side note it needs balsamic glaze added.) It has been the best wedge salad I’ve had delivered over the last year. Y’all give this place 2nd chance, you won’t be sorry.
