Big Apple is top notch! The pizza is absolutely delicious and there are so many other items on the Menu to suit your needs. If you haven’t tried Big Apple Pizza you should go soon and try it. You will be beyond satisfied and very impressed!

Ordered a big cheese and this is what I got! Surely does not taste or look like the one I got the other night. I guess different cooks, you would think there is a specific way things are supposed to be made. I guess it’s just a free fall. Pizza was not that great either pretty rubbery. I also ordered a Sicilian a couple weeks ago and that was made on regular dough. I’m about to give up on this place.

Okay let talk pizza and canzone. I ordered a half peperoni and half cheese pizza, I also created my own canzone with chicken, bacon, and ranch with extra sauceand ranch, absolutely delicious and filling. My kids absolutely loved their pizza and I am currently working to finish my canzone that is hitting every hunger spot I have 😆. The employee's were truly a delightful group making sure to ask questions about my scrumptious canzone in the making to insure perfection. Thank you for that by the way. Will be visiting again soon. ❤️

Terrible. I didn't even sit down. I immediately voided my order. I was about to drop $62.11 plus a $12 tip. The place is disgusting. I feel like I need a tetanus shot after being in there. The food looked good from the reviewer I saw on YouTube. He even promoted 20% off your order if you mention his video till the end of March. I went there with my father with the intentions of getting a Veggie Pizza and two Eggplant Stacks. I walked in and met with the cashier, Kailey D. to place my order. I've never been there. I told her about the promotion in which she rolled her eyes. I place the food order and I ordered a fountain drink from the dirty spattered fountain machine and my father ordered a lemon water in which Kailey held out a Styrofoam cup of lemon wedges for my father to pick his own out after he just opened the door a hundred people just opened. I was turned off she allowed that. All I could think is mold in the caps the fountain drinks came out too. Behind her was a trash bin overflowing with trash for every customer to see. The bucket itself was splattered with who knows what for the last 40 years since the place opened. Next to the Iced Tea Machine splattered with unknown liquids and whatever else sat a plastic bin with standing water in which what I assumed were food utensils were swimming in. After feeling a little disgusted I saw my father was choosing a table I decided as I was walking over to look at my receipt. Didn't look like my 20% was taken off. I mentioned it to the cashier and she tells me it ended in February. I told her the guy in the video said the end of March. I just told her to cancel everything. I messaged the guy in the video and he tried to make it right saying he could get the owner to get me a free pizza. That was nice of him but I'm going to decline. I didn't feel comfortable there.

Chill place, my usual go to for pizza. Workers were always willing to compensate mistakes and were generally kind depending on who was behind the counter. I understand it though. Their food quality is very consistent. Thanks for the good food!

My name is Pilar. Today, Jan 11, 2025, around 3:10 pm, i went to lunch. I usually go at least once per week. I left going since this new waitress whose name is Nicky is working there. Very difficult to deal with. Today I went to give a support unity to the place because I love you pizzas. When I arrived, she had a lot of dishes near the cashier. She was mad, I have to ask the guy that makes the pizzas to help me. Then. A lady was waiting for her order and ask how long it will take and Nicky start with a bad attitude toward her and the customer was unhappy. Nicky told her in a bad way to sit and wait , the customer upset start asking why she was so disrespectful and the waitress came out to scream the customer and then screaming told her to leave the place. I wake up and told them I saw everything , you don’t treat people like that. Nicky was very aggressive toward the customer. So sad, I just cancel my order and left. Hope this can get to the owner. Too sad

Worst Pizza I have ever had in my life! Can't believe I paid $36 for a pizza that went into the trash. Not to mention if you look at your bill there is a charge for operational charges. I inquired about the operational charges no one would answer. I had my pizza delivered person on the phone asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the driver, I said no I will tip him myself. When I looked online at the bill as I was waiting for the pizza to arrive, there was already a $4 charge for delivery. Shame , driver would have benefited from me tipping him directly. I would never ever order from this place again.

Absolutely terrible delivery service. Apparently they just switched to Uber delivery and we never received our order. Received a text message that our order was delivered but it wasn’t. Called the restaurant and they had the audacity to ask me to text the driver as if I caused the issue. After several calls to the restaurant I was put on eternal hold. Never received an apology and even though I’m a long standing customer I will never order from this location again. I would give them minus stars if I could!!!

Great NY style pizza! Ordered two pizzas by phone for pick up. When we arrived to pick up our order, they had new counter staff who by mistake had given our order to someone else so we had to sit and wait for our take out pizzas to be made again. Food always great at Big Apple, tho.

First time ordering here. I called in to order a large meat lovers. After telling the person what I wanted, I changed my mind during the call thinking an XL was only $2 more. $29 order. I got to the store and they have a special on Monday and Tuesday where a large is $11.99.
Pretty upset the person I talked to didn't say anything and was happy to just charge me full price.
I complained at the counter and someone was nice enough to tell me it's on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Thanks for saying that but I'm kind of upset that they didn't tell me about the special, so I'm probably not coming back.
