The service was great, but the food was not as great as it usually is. My family has been going to Bonefish for years. I guess it was a bad night for the chef. We had ordered 5 steaks, but 3 came out incorrectly cooked. All the steaks were under seasoned and had no flavor. The rest of the food was good.

Great Salmon with bourbon glaze. Asparagus was a bit overcooked. My companion enjoyed his bone-in porkchop and veggies. The Keylime pie was one of the best.

Had dinner there last night. Probably won’t go back. The service was almost nonexistent, not just to us but others as well. We arrived about 8:15 and the place was practically empty - very unusual for a Thursday night in January. We found a place at cleared but not wiped high top in the bar. We sat, and sat, and sat…while we watched who turned out to be our server restocking glassware in the bar instead of taking care of her guests. We also watched a man waiting and waiting at the hostess stand. We both actually shrugged our shoulders to each other in a “where is everybody” question. The high top next to us was full of dirty dishes and remained so for a terribly long time.
When the server FINALLY had time to come over, she offered the usual greeting and asked if we wanted menus. We said yes. She brought water, bread and eventually our bar order- but no menus. She remembered them, went and brought them, put them on the table and asked if we wanted a few minutes to look at them. Well, DUUUHHH!
Our orders came out at a nice pace but the food quality has gone down terribly. My salmon was dry and my broccoli, usually nice and hot and crisp/tender, was mushy. My husband said his ahi tuna was edible, but that the texture was “off”. I left some of my salmon - a first.
Then, as we were leaving, another guest was waiting and waiting and waiting at the hostess stand. The hostess (also the manager??) was sitting down eating and chatting with another server. I saw him waiting and told her she had someone who has been waiting at the stand. She went to help him. He thanked me as we walked out.
We used to eat dinner here once every week or so. Each of our last 3 or 4 visits has been less and lees enjoyable. I doubt we will go back - certainly not any time soon.

We stopped in here for brunch for the first time...It was absolutely amazing and delicious...Our food was cooked perfectly...our server Madison provided stellar service...Great vibe here as well..We don't live here, but when back we'll stop back in...All in all, great place, prices,food ,and people... Definitely check it out...

Our party of 5 came for dinner on January 18, 2026. We ordered the cedar plank salmon, lobster stuffed shrimp, sirloin steak and filet dinners. Also ordered the drunken coconut pie and bourbon brownie desserts. All 5 dinners were perfectly cooked, served hot and were delicious! The wait staff person was friendly and attentive to our table. We will definitely be back!

I attend the 5-course drink/food event on Thursday 1/15/26. It was a set menu of food and drink - no menu, no ordering and no modifications. The servers asked us to pay as soon as we sat down, which I found odd. The food and drinks took WAY too long to come to the tables. The event started at 6:30 pm and it was after 7 pm before we got our first drink. We had to ask multiple times for a glass of water and the servers kept telling us “it's coming”...... we asked three times and it took over 40 minutes. The food took entirely too long to come out of the kitchen. We sat there for over an hour before getting our first course. The event started at 6:30 PM and we left after 9 PM, before the desert even came out. Members of our party received their fish plate and it was 11 minutes later before other members of their party got it. My fish was lukewarm, the shrimp and vegetables cold. I don't know if the issue was that the kitchen was backed up or there were not enough servers to bring the food. Overall, this is a great idea, but the execution last night was extremely disappointing. We had attended this event previously, where the attendance rate was much smaller and that was an amazing experience. Last night it was almost the entire restaurant that was participating in this event and it seemed to be too much for the restaurant to handle. The servers cannot keep up with clearing plates and glasses off the table either. At one point we had our appetizer plate, salad bowl, two bar drink glasses and they were about to bring us another plate. With there being over 20–30 minutes in between courses being served it's very confusing as to why the dirty plates could not be cleared. This is a great concept to bring in business, but the execution needs refinement before it becomes worth the value we are expected to pay.

Ordered soup and salad for to go. Salad was rotten, I did not even try a single leaf due to smell as soon as I opened it. Whoever made my order is either blind or just don't give a crap. Even if they pre made these, they should check the quality before it goes out. Also soup was not good either.

My husband & I had dinner there last evening 5pm we have eaten there many times & always enjoyed the food. last night was a disaster we. Had a gift card & im sorry we wasted it on Bone fish. The food was almost inedible due to overuse of salt. Brussels Sprouts were so hard could not eat them. Grouper was tasteless staff was very pleasant.
