I've been going to Burger King since they opened. It took me over an hour to read every post good and bad. A lot of these posts are dated back 4-5 yrs with complaints about B.K. 4-5 yrs ago B K was great. It is but the last couple yrs it has gone down hill. I would not be too far off saying that 85% of the complaints these days are due to the black and brown workers who just don't care. T hey have a horrible, horrible attitude with a big chip on their shoulder. Their pay grade is sufficient for the work they do. I just can't put my finger on the problem. From the management to the bottom.

I can't count the number of times I ordered in the app and when I showed up they had closed early or were out of whatever I ordered.The workers are great and the food tastes good for what it is, but the point of fast food is the convenience and this BK isn't convenient. Whoever is in charge of ordering the food doesn't know what they're doing.

Girls inside playing on their phone, waited 10 mins at speaker and another 15 in line. Didn't get my full order nor my refund they were slow with help and more worried about talking and standing around.

The lady that took my order in drive thru was very rude an unprofessional.. gave me coffee straws for my sodas an I was missing an order of hash browns an she gave me attitude real bad customer service… if u don’t like ur job quit…..

This place is amazing they will take care of you if your order was messed up. They have great customer service and I personally know that they are trying to rebuild the team there and the team they have is absolutely awesome and very kind, food is fresh, frys are good and the inside is very clea.Vegetarian options: They have the impossible whopper

I love this Burger King. Their staff especially Nicole and Robert are amazing. The whole staff always greet me when I walk in. They always make sure my order is right. Everytime I come in the dining room is clean. They are doing an excellent job with customer service. I can eat here at least twice a week and feel like a queen each and every time. Thank you guys so much for your hardwork.Wheelchair accessibility: They have the handicapp parking close to the building and easy walk way to get in

3.3 stars? I'm surprised it's even that high. Between the food, staff, and the condition of the inside. The overall rating should be a 1 and a half, maybe 2 stars. Several things I asked for I was told, "we don't have none". I should've pulled away at that point, but I didn't. Oh well. Some of the food looked like it was put in a dehydrator. And of course I was asking for too much when I expected my order to be correct. When did become acceptable to be unprofessional while performing your job? This is sad. I will not coming back to this soup kitchen. You've been warned.Your welcome......

I went to get Burger King for my husband and I for dinner tonight. I went through the drive thur, and they asked me to pull up, and they will bring it out. 25 minutes later, I walked in, and they had no order for me. There were no lie about 8 or 9 employees just standing around, and no other customers. I asked for my money back. NEVER EVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS BURGER KING. I HATE YOU!!!!!!

Thank you to the manager of this store. He really went out of his way to help me twice over the weekend. Last week Saturday morning I wanted to pay with Apple Pay and the cashier told me that the terminal wasn’t accepting Apple Pay. I was ready to leave when the manager saw what had happened happened and literally said “ I am not losing this sale!” Then took my phone to the drive-through terminal and I was able to have breakfast. The next morning, on Sunday, he was the only person there. I went with my parents and he was talking on the phone with his boss. My parents had to wait a few minutes and after explaining how he couldn’t get off the phone, he apologized with a free breakfast sandwich. Congratulations Burger King for having such a passionate manager. He is the type of person you want working for you. Take care of people like that. I am a Burger King fan and have visited many BKs all around the country. I can guarantee you that it’s very difficult to find a manager like him.

How do I get the number for corporate?? I try to go here at least 3 mornings a week and every single time they’re not open! I was a general manager for Burger King for 4+ years this is unacceptable

Sometimes it's decent, sometimes it's not worth the time/aggravation. Hope they can get it together, the location is clutch.
