I know....its Burger King. Food was good, service was good. The floors felt like they had been washed with oil....very slippery in men's room. The AC is very loud and banging...not pleasant to eat inside.

Sadly we witnessed what appeared to be a manager fussing at an employee right in front of everyone. She dressed him down in front of other employees and the customers. Very unprofessional. He didnt argue back or anything. Didn't seem like he was doing anything but trying to do his job.

I haven't gone to Burger King in a while. The menu keeps changing and some items were sold out which was a bit annoying. No ice-cream, no frozen cokes, no onion rings. So it was annoying. The staff was nice and attentive which not many Burger kings have.

Recently got some food there I haven’t stop going to the bathroom I have a bad diarrhea and puking 🤮idk what they did to my food but all night it’s o most 1 am and I’m still sitting in the toilet they put something in my food

Every time i visit this establishment they ALWAYS forget to add something from my order in the bag. Then you call the number and can’t get anybody to complain to. At this rate I’m thinking the employees are eating whatever they keep.

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review about a fast food spot until now, and for all the wrong reasons. My first visit to this “Burger” King and they had NO BURGERS. So I try again another day and the drive through was blocked by a grease truck. No big deal… So I pull to window to place my order and the associate couldn’t be more beside herself and/or inconvenienced, mind you I’m the only customer at the joint. I told her I could come in but she insists to take it at the window. As I’m giving my order she is still so bent out of shape that in mid order she says I don’t understand why you couldn’t get through the drive through around the truck. I proceed with order at her request and she continues to be rude and snippy. So I drove away after voicing my displeasure and went to McDonalds where I received outstanding service. This BK is absolutely abhorrent and there is not enough negative adjectives to describe the service/employee. I should have known something was up because every time I drive by the place is a ghost town. It doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I had to give it! Avoid this dump!

Never got to the food because they were sooo slow and it was barely 11 am and they were some how already behind and their were only 4 cars in the drive through.

It’s time for someone to care enough to monitor what is happening here or shut this location down immediately. This is the third time I’ve driven away because the customer service is absolutely vile. There are homeless individuals all around — even inside the restaurant — and during the night shift, I was once told to just drive off because the workers were only serving a select few people. The positive reviews about this place are clearly misleading. Someone needs to investigate this location.
Today, I waited in line and the worker mumbled something so faintly I couldn’t hear. I politely said, “Hello, can you hear me?” — thinking perhaps he asked me to wait a moment — but instead of clarifying, he chose not to take my order at all. This is the kind of service being provided.
When I first moved to this area three years ago, I remember laughing with a worker who told me I “ruled.” The service back then was great. The decline since then is not only alarming, but utterly disgusting.

I was doing a food delivery went thru the drive thru said who i was picking up for and she told me to proceed, the employee by the name of Virginia was being super rude she was giving me a wrong order I told her again who I was picking up for and she started being really rude saying the customer picked it up then 2 other ppl then it turned to 3 ppl picked up the order,i told her the customer says he has not received his order and its been 30 minutes , she refused to make the order and then proceeded to call me names like witch, home and tuck you ( you can figure out what words she really used)then she actually went out the store to chase me and telling me she didn't work for me and I was being nice the whole time just trying to pick up and order she's awfully unprofessional has no skill set or manners never will I go there again it was truly a horrible experience

I'm satisfied and amazed. I came in at 6 p.m., and someone was ahead of me. Friendly service and advice. After eight minutes, I had a fresh hamburger on my tray... And it tasted delicious, freshly grilled. Great side dishes. Well done! By the way, everything was clean. Thank you for the food. Keep up the good work.

Very rude employees told me that they wouldn’t grant the app discount. The manager told the employee at the window don’t give any app discounts and the employee said no I won’t.

I just bought a whopper meal I asked for extra pickles sorry they didn't have any the meal was cold and so we're the fries I asked for unsweetened ice tea and got the full sugar threw it out that was about 330 so disappointed it's usually my favorite burger place.i won't be going there any time soon.
