We love lunas and have been eating there for over 6 years. The problem as of late is that the prices just went up again and now they do not include salad with dinner you have to pay extra. With three entrees and three salads ends up costing us $100 for three of us now. Just a few months back,we could get out of there for 70 bucks with three entrees, salads included with dinner and tip. There is just no end to the inflation. Guess we won't be going out to eat much there anymore.
I’ve frequented this restaurant since I was young and still lived in Jensen Beach. Our pizza and food was delicious but it took forever for us to be seated when we arrived at the restaurant (and it wasn’t super busy). Staff members saw us and walked by us for a few minutes before seating us. No big deal, we knew the food would be worth it. Our server was OK. She wasn’t overly friendly or enthusiastic but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. If I had been visiting this restaurant for the first time, I probably wouldn’t go back, but it’s just a local staple that my family always visits when we are in town visiting family.
A long-standing old-style Italian restaurant with absolutely delicious food! We have been going here for years for lunch and dinner. Very very good value and extremely nice servers and staff. The pizza window out front reminds me of an old fashioned pizzeria. We have also gotten some pizza outside and then sat nearby at the water. It’s very busy and difficult to find parking out front or even close by sometimes as it’s a. Busy area. There are parking meters out front and it’s directly across the street from the railroad.
Several times we grabbed a Luna special pizza at the window to eat in the park. One night we went inside and ordered from the menu. My wife ordered the pasta sampler. It was described as a dish containing 4 different pastas like ravioli, lasagna, ziti, and one other. It came out in a casserole dish covered with sauce and melted cheese, it was impossible to identify which pasta she was eating. The red sauce on my chicken cacciatore and on my wife’s “casserole” was bland, like out of a can with no trademark seasoning. I make better Italian food than this.
Great little Italian restaurant! We ate here several years ago; came back with friends this time; garlic knots are the best; but pizza and sub also delicious.
We are staying in downtown and decided to walk here to get a couple of slices of pizza for lunch. We then decided to order a full size, square Sicilian veggie pie with added pepperoni so we would have leftovers to take back to our BnB for dinner and / or breakfast the next day. While eating our 2 slices in the restaurant we said to each other that it lacks some flavor but was not so bad to complain to our server. Everyone must agree that pizza for breakfast the next morning is both fun and indulgent. That's what we did and that's when we realized that the pizza was downright tasteless. We have had leftover Freschetta Pizza, that we bought frozen from Publix and cooked at home, taste far better the next morning than Luna's. The vegetables and their tomato sauce were all flavorless. So three quarters of the pizza went into the garbage.
Luna might have a good pizza, but we had dinner, and the food needs a lot of improvement, it needs TLC, it is not enjoyable or taste. I gave 2 star because it has a very friendly service.
First time visiting this restaurant based on reviews and proximity to my hotel. Excellent food, great atmosphere, great friendly service... most importantly the most authentic Italian food I’ve had in the US following 4 years overseas eating Italian in Italy and in adjacent European countries.
Downtown Stuart, near the Healthy Trail, has really gotten popular up in recent years. A typical Saturday night was pretty crowded and parking was sparse, but well worth the chaos for a visit to Luna's Restaurant. A quaint restaurant with friendly service. Delicious garlic knots. My boyfriend enjoyed the pizza and Caesar salad. Friendly, accommodating service. Will visit again!
First time trying Luna's and we really enjoyed it! My mom ordered the lasagna with Caesar salad. She really enjoyed it. I had Luna's special with Caesar salad and it great! Delicious garlic knots, too! Highly recommend this Italian restaurant. Very tasty and good service.

We were in Stuart for the 2021 marathon on the Treasure Coast. Runners like their pasta before running a big race and Luna was recommended to us by one of the hotel staff. Everything was excellent from lasagna, shrimp linguine, and spaghetti with meatballs. Very nice salad and garlic knots were included with our meal and service was very good. Only reason for a four rating is I like my Italian food a little more spicy but would eat there again. Atmosphere and decor were old style Italian. Loved it
