My wife and I had the small plate lunch, lentil soup, Caesar salad and for her meatballs and for me, fettucine alfredo. food, service and price were great. Our server Sammy is top drawer, he knows the menu and knows how to treat and interact with the guests.
Carrabbas Is ALWAYS extreme slow when getting customers online and dasher orders done and out to them. I'm really not understanding how a sandwich could take 30 minutes to make and hand out. Therefore leaving both myself and customers waiting for food leaving it lukewarm at delivery. It's terrible that the only people they consider are those that dine in as if online orders aren't customers. My advice is hire more workers or properly train those existing associates.
Fettuccine with shrimp was a disappointment. I would have preferred if the mushrooms were sautéed much more than the marinated mushrooms included in my dish. They tasted like they had just come from a jar. The taste does NOT blend well with the white sauce.
Truffle fries SUCK and have not the slightest taste of truffle oil.
Big mistake. Avoid.
