I ate here for the first time- first time for Charleys too. The old school cheesesteak was excellent and so were the fries!. The wings were good too. Very friendly staff. I will be back.

I see all the bad reviews and I just wanted to talk about MY experience earlier today. Stopped in after shopping at Walmart and was greeted by Natalie, who I believe is the manager. I've worked with her before and she has always been exceptionally nice to me. I ordered a classic Philly steak sub and the wait was not long at all. I got a large sub and a medium lemonade which was quite expensive, but the sandwich was DELICIOUS and well worth the expense. Had all the toppings (Mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle), the steak was awesome, and the bread was soft and sooooo good! My experience was perfect and I will DEFINITELY be coming back!! Highly recommend: the food is worth it!

Came here before, got the 10 pieces of hot honey boneless wings they were raw. I came back again and got the strawberry lemonade there was a dead bug in my drink. I knew it was a bug because the bug was floating on top and the strawberry purée was on the bottom. I know what a bug looks like , and it was definitely a bug because I’ve seen the little legs. Bad customer service . They are not cordial at all. Management is horrible . I witnessed the manager have an altercation with a customer.

Came in there to eat. Sat down at a table and was threatened to go. The place closes at 9 not sure why the lobby is closed at 6.On my way out of Walmart I witnessed the same worker calling another customer racial slurs and trying to get the customer to fight him. The guy was surround by them one of them was holding a chair like they were going to attack him with it. I am not sure what happened, I left before it got to crazy.I was not gonna leave a review, but how rude the worker was with me to leave and what i witnessed I felt I had to share.

No one ever took care of my issues with two delivery's even though some area or store manger said they would, They sell expired chips and leave off topping on half my order...TRAGIC!!!!

I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. I ate about 4 fries and a couple pieces of meat and I’ve had frozen cheesesteak that tasted better. I threw it away and left. Not worth the stomachache I’m sure would have followed if I had finished it. I got the “now back!” Fries and I’m not sure who wanted them back because they weren’t good. They can have the 1 star because the people were “okay.” The guy could have asked me to move my cart instead of moving it for me and saying “that’s a fire hazard.”

Hello,I am a customer who was at Walmart in Stuart, FL earlier today (about 11:15) and started to feel faint. I quickly walked into Charleys and asked your employee (Haley) if I could sit awhile until the feeling passed. She was very courteous and offered me water and let me sit at a table as long as needed. I was there at least 45 minutes. I asked for something salty to raise my blood pressure and she brought some fries to me. I had to go to the restroom in Walmart and was concerned I would pass out once there. I asked Haley if she could keep an eye that I return in 15 min. and left my water and shopping bags on the table. Haley said she would come to check on me if I did not return... I returned and sat a little bit longer to make sure I felt OK to drive home. I was texting family but did not want to alarm them and told them I was feeling better. Haley periodically checked on me while also serving customers who were coming in. There was another employee (gentleman) who brought me salt packs to help. They were both empathetic and amazing. I feel blessed that caring people were in my path to help me. I asked Haley for contact info. for the manager and she gave me the phone number. I just wanted you to know that you have great staff as well as great food at Charleys in Stuart, FL.Allison C. ???? So I went into Charlie’s stinking I will try it and I ordered a small Philly cheesesteak a small fry and a ice tea combo Philly cheese steak was called the cheese was not melted the bread was soggy the french fries was so cold the lead on the ice tea did not fit the cup the worst experience I ever had and the worst Philly cheesesteakI ever tried Needless to say I will never recommend this place or would I ever go back to it the worst experience I ever had horrible
