It was my first time experiencing chilies in Florida so I decided to go. I just got a new job near there and wanted to try it out. I was completely disappointed with the sirloin steak. I asked for medium rare they cooked it super well done it was hard to cut. The mashed potatoes were cold and when I brought this up to the carryout lady, she didn’t even look me in the eye to tell me anything she just walked away with a rude demeanor and the The manager came out I explained what was going on. He said that there would be no discount able to be applied or no money taken off the can only remake it and I was completely disappointed in that because this meal was $32.50 for that crappy of a meal I really was pissed off. I come back to get my food that they re-cooked 10 minutes later.the manager gave me a giftcard for 10$ to cone back. I dont want to come back i had a horrible experience . Why would i? I was on lunch i dont have time for rude and inconsiderate people. It was STILL not cooked medium rare when i got to my job and found that out i complained. Tf

We ordered the cheese skillet with beef and it was clearly sitting under the heater old and tasted so bad. We returned it to our server and she never took it off our bill . Charged us for two.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.
I’m not usually the one to leave bad reviews on restaurants but this experience was the worst I’ve ever had not only at chilis but in general. I work 4 am to noon shift, so I was pretty tired and my partner and I wanted to get something to eat. Because this chilis is so close to where I live, we figured why not. We get seated and immediately our server is abrasive and rude. Is very quick and short with his responses. Ordering our food was the worst part. Literally every time we went to order he either made a disgusted face (for example, I ordered a side of ranch and he shook his head saying how gross it was) or completely changed our order thinking he was helping us but really he was being a jerk. He even had the nerve to cuss at us while we were trying to figure out our order. I have never had a server be so rude and awful.
Going out to eat with my partner is usually the only time we get to spend together and it completely destroyed and soured the mood. I don’t even think he was a server I think he worked behind the bar. I really think he thought he worked at Dick’s Last Resort as he was working like he was getting paid to be rude to us.
I am never going back to this location ever.
NOTE: I did speak to the manager who did try to rectify the situation. He did take my info to give me a gift certificate as an apology for the situation which I did appreciate. It is not the managers fault for this servers behavior only the server.
As a Veteran I am always thankful for the appreciation shown by this and many other establishments on Veterans Day. Thank you for the great food, service and atmosphere!
My husband and my son ( who is on the spectrum) came just an hour ago for some awesome guy time. The server with blonde short hair between 40-50 yrs of age was their waitress. They say at the booth to the left when you walk in. Typically we will order a simple appetizer ( chips and salsa) with our drinks so that our son is happy and content until the food arrives. The waitress tells my husband that she didn't ASK for their order but just the drink order extremely rudely. The entire service after that was horrible. Why? We completely understand if someone was having a bad day or had a bad customer before us but wth? Bye the waitress never introduced herself by name which he thought was odd as well. Sorry for her having a bad day or having a bad customer before then, but this is a once a month special time that they do together without mom, ( son is turning 13) special dad and son time. We never make complaints but I felt that this was totally uncalled for. There were a few other things that happened as well. I will say that we have never ever tipped less then 15% in our lives but this waitress... I'm sorry you had a bad day. But you didn't care about your customers. Well at least my family was just annoying to you.
