Arrived for dinner. Hostess seemed confused as to where to seat us, even with the place being mostly empty. Waited over 10 minutes before drink order was taken. People on the other side of divider came in after us had drinks and appetizers before we were approached. Server seemed impatient. Food was tasty and delicious. Once again a bit of a wait to get the bill paid. It was a chilly experience as we were under the AC vent which never seemed to shut off.
We come here because it’s close to home and the food is good. Wishing the service could be better. Waiter was very nice but not attentive-spent his time in the kitchen-doing what? Not sure-maybe cheering on the chefs? No plates for appetizers-no water-even though offered-no follow through etc.

Hostess referred me and my family to the lounge area so waitress could get some tables we requested dining room area booth in corner was refused table awful awful management awful business practice manager later came out and offered table but too late somewhere else will never go there again

Seems That asking for your hamburger to be well done is a real challenge outside of Texas...I travel quite a bit and have walked out of places because they brought my burger to me raw..but last nite at chili's it was GREAT!!! so fully cooked and the flavor was great..even the fries were delicious..the only issue was we had to find a wait person a couple of times to get flatware, napkins,salt, etc..lol. and it was not busy

We ordered burgers to go they were undercooked significantly and soggy... won't be back to this Chili's!We lived in Dallas many years and have been to many Chili's ...Dallas is the home of Chili's (Brinker International).... This one is the worst by far, unfortunately....
