Came here today because about five years ago I remembered coming here and throughly enjoying their food, unfortunately I can’t say that’s any longer the case. The only part that ended up being vaguely enjoyable was the plain white rice.
The egg drop soup had a thick and viscous texture; almost akin to slime or watery jello, as well as an unpleasant and extremely strong fishy odor.
I also ordered the sesame chicken; I waited approximately ten minutes before arriving to my destination before I opened it and attempted to eat it. The chicken itself, despite being breaded was incredibly soggy, likely due to the fact they were swimming in roughly a 1/4 inch of watery sauce in the bottom. The sesame chicken also had a vaguely fishy aftertaste unfortunately. This entire experience was wildly disappointing and I now have to go the rest of the night without eating while visiting my partner in the hospital.
They’re only getting two stars because the people at the front were friendly and helpful.

Oh my goodness. Combination platter with sesame chicken and an order of “meat dumplings” per the menu. It’s hard to find the words to describe how vile this food tastes. Oily, soggy chicken, fried rice tastes like cardboard, there were two single pieces of broccoli in the entire order, the dumplings were beyond repulsive, it tasted like sausage of some kind with fennel in it? Did they use Italian sausage? Who knows. Unbelievable food, and absolutely atrocious. No umami flavor. Even the egg roll was tasteless. If you value your money and care about your health do not eat here. Wow. Just wow. Delivery person was nice though, they ought to be paid more for delivering such atrocities to peoples homes.

Girl at desk extremely unfriendly. Had Po Po platter! Was refried and not fresh! Horrible! In addition, phones did not work. Automatically disconnect you!! Will never go back! Not the first time with bad experience!! 👎👎👎

Let me just say I was very disappointed in this place. I haven't ordered from here in a few years. The food quality was very poor. The rice had no flavor just bland. The bourbon chicken was overcooked. The orange chicken was very soggy. The shrimp lo mein was soggy as well. I ordered my food over the phone and picked it up. The atmosphere was hot with just ceiling fans blowing. I Won't be returning.

I was looking for a place to eat and this resturant showed up. I took a chance. I placed an oder and I had high expectations based off the reviews. But, that was shortly lived. The inside of the resturant was nice a small intimate setting. Staff was ok.. the food was not at all what I expected. The vegetable fried rice taste it undone. The general toso chicken was not well cooked. The crab rangoon was filled with cream cheese and nothing else all I taste was a gushing mouth full of cream cheese. The other items I ordered we're completely lacked any flavor. Needless to say I was heavily disappointed in My overall experience in order.

I have never ever eat such a disgusting food in my life. Chewy, oily and tasteless. It was a pick up from the restaurant, atmosphere of the pick up area was so sad and there was cardboard boxes everywhere. I never give the bad reviews ever in my life but the old Chinese lady who works over there made me write this review. It was so disrespectful, uneasy and spoil the whole mood of the holiday once you enter it. Very RUDE and unwelcoming lady.
Do some personal development course or find something else to do with your life.

There’s no business ethics at this place. Old lady is so rude to everyone and very cold. She snatched food from people and act like if all people who is picking up their order are asking the food for free. She doesn’t have the work ethics and professionalism. Not for the people who like to be greeted and treated well on any business.

I thought to try food from this restaurant. I ordered via phone call. One lady said, 30 mins for the pick up, when I walked in after 30-40 mins. Food was not ready and she asked me to wait. I waited 10 more mins, I asked her if she can tell me how long would it take, she all of a sudden became rude and totally in the mindset of doing argument. The old lady is highly unprofessional and doesn’t appreciate the customer. One person who is likely to be a DoorDash guy told me, she often do that with people.
Food was very ordinary and very greasy. I would not recommend that place to anyone.

The lady at the front desk is very rude. I have been going there for years, I ask for extra sauces and she acts as if it’s a trouble. They have lost a long time customer.
The food here is great quality . I had an issue with the older Chinese lady picking up the phone calls and handing out the orders. Definitely can use a few customer service training courses and need personal development. Very RUDE and this is not the first time.. only continue to go back for the delicious foods

This is by far the BEST Chinese take out I ever had. I had the beef on a stick, which was so tender. The beef on a stick were a little sweet with a tiny kick. I also had their chicken fried rice and its hands down the best fried rice I ever had!! I’m for sure coming back again to order more things. Does does crab ragoon come with sweet and sour sauce?
